Terrible manners! Went to buy a pedal boat! While loading it up the fella name Jack dropped it and I said something about it but he was very rudely and told me that most people have a trailer to put it on!!! My truck is long bed and wide enough to fit it,, which it did!! He also said he would tie the lever down in place and refused after he loaded it! Went to get string and handed it to me and told me they werent allowed to! I was appalled by his attitude with me, he left me and I was so unhappy I wanted to take it back and get my money and go somewhere else! I wont be back because of JACK!!!

4 Health treats I needed were out of stock. TSC in Crossville,, TN is also often out of stock on many dog & cat foods. Otherwise, love their brand (if they could just keep it stocked) Always very pleasant & helpful employees here & there. Lack of stock is my only complaint. Hope it can be rectified which is evidently a corporate/shipping problem & NOT the fault of the stores. Will remain a faithful customer. Love the new rewards program too!

I had a great experience. I went in for a spark plug for my lawn mower. An associate, Tiffany, asked if she could help, smiled the entire time, like she was happy to help me, and like she really enjoys her job. I left with the part I needed, and feeling overall in a great mood.

Shop there all the time , and they love my fur-kids. My babies are so excited to see the staff. They squeak just wanting to see the staff. They are very kind and curtious on top of it
