When we first went into the store, the Rep Kevin was awesome. However, we had some issues with the service across the country and were thrilled when we found out we had 14 days to cancel without penalty. So we went into the same store and were told we were due a refund (not sure why) but we couldnt complete the transactions because there was not enough cash in the store (on a Sunday may I add). I pay you cash....but I cant get my refund because you dont have money in the store. I find that hard to believe. But what really threw me for a loop, is we were told by the MANAGER to keep calling back every day to see if there was enough cash to complete the transactions! Now mind you, we only have 14 days to cancel and we are on day 9 and we are truck drivers and dont have time to keep checking back!!! Plus, I saw the Armored Truck at the store this morning, thats why its hard for me to believe they have no money in the store. I even looked at my receipt and to me, it doesnt look like we are due a refund because there were other items on our transaction that we kept because we paid for them. But I dont think the manager even paid attention to that. My suggestion to anyone dealing with Sprint....Dont deal in cash, because you may not be able to make a return in sufficient time! However, the 888 Customer Service people were Awesome!
