Rating is not due to the store directly but who they have contracted to plow their snow, Rice Snowplowing. Tonight one of the drivers got out in the Walgreens parking lot and approached me, verbally assaulted and threatened me, and drove his plow right up to my car and packed it in with snow, I told him I couldnt move because my boyfriend had just gone in to grab something and had the keys to which he got out of the car and got in my face, yelling about how he works 15 hours a day and then people like me come and park right in his way, there werent even any plows in the parking lot when we pulled up, we just pulled in real quick to grab something and he started driving like a maniac and got aggressive and came at me like a psychopath. If your snow plow people are going to threaten your customers, especially young girls then you should get new ones, until then Im not shopping here.

I had a terrible experience in the pharmacy today. I was picking up my prescription and there was an an issue with my insurance...on their end. I contacted my insurance company and they said everything was fine. I told the pharmacy tech, Kris, this and ask if she could contact them. She flat out refused and told me she didnt have time to help me. So I went to Meijer and had everything transferred from Walgreens pharmacy to Meijer pharmacy. They were much more helpful and polite. This was the worst customer service o have experienced at Walgreens and Ive been a customer for years!

I use Walgreens in my hometown in Washington State as well as in Richmond. The staff here are very friendly and the selection of health care products is quite extensive. In addition to health care products, Walgreens has a good selection of food products and I try to save time by doing my non-perishable grocery shopping here as well. I enjoy the customer experience at this location and refuse to use any other pharmacy in the Richmond area.

I dont care too much for Walgreens, I think they are over-priced, but I will shop here for makeup if I see the helpful blonde haired woman. She takes time, no matter what she is doing, to help me find my perfect shade. This is hard to find out of service nowadays. I dont know her name, but she is on the shorter side, with long blonde hair. I will only buy makeup if she is working. Good job on hiring her Walgreens!

Excellent customer service! The staff is attentive, helpful and really make an effort to provide the highest level of customer service. I have been a loyal Walgreens customer since they came to Richmond and will continue to make them my pharmacy of choice!!!
