The knowledge of the young lady that helped me out was extremely good. She understood what I was trying to say, she checked the machines out, explained, repaired them and sent me on my way. It was a miserable (rainy) day and the office was very busy with people needing help, paying bills excetera, She took care of me with no problem at all..., its too bad more places cant run that efficiently.

I began calling an hour before close on a MONDAY, they close at 8 p.m. I had a simple question about my plan. I went through the automated answering four times before I actually connected to an associate and I was told Im too busy in store. Too busy closing down so you can leave right on time. Ive worked in sales and retail I know that mentality but it damages business

They treated me like a criminal or someone who couldnt afford their phones after I explained to them I already had two lines and needed a 3rd . And I was lied to by other rep that I wasnt able to get another line . While female manager talked to me like I had something up my sleeve or couldnt afford the iPhone 7 . Terrible terrible place

Every time I go in theyre friendly, but calling I get "the person at extension 800 is unavailable, please leave a message." Every single time. Never a call back. My bill randomly went up $150 and I cant get ahold of anyone to see why.

Verizon needs to hire employees that dont lie, the corporate store in Muncie has employees that lie and this store does too, the guy that works there lied to my moms face,,bad bad mistake, I will be revisiting him very soon !!!
