Had Galaxy s6 unlocked from AT&T..paid about $600 in installments to them..but they have terrible network..so I went to this place to save money since I already have an unlocked phone...Steve Marshall said somehow my phone cant be used with verizon even though its unlocked but he said HE can give me new galaxy s6 from Verizon which can help me save my bill. I asked twice what do I have to pay Xtra for trade in..he said NOTHING!! So I am thinking he took my unlocked phone and gave me verizon phone for $0 plus 2 year agreement..didnt tell me what the agreement Im signing...thus dude ran my credit, financed verizon s6 for $578, didnt give me any installment papers that I unknowingly signed on his tablet...went home looked at my bill online and there it was...installment payments for 24 months! My monthly bill is $75 not like he said it will be $67 or less..because he didnt mention nothing about $24.08 installment every month. So not only I paid AT&T full price for S6 but now Im stuck with these idiots again paying full price for same damn phone! Next day I went there..both ladies said it was Steve mistake..they can cancel everything but would have to charge $35 restocking fee...plus they put a dent on my credit for nothing...so why am I still paying restocking for this guys mistake...all I was given was copy of my receipt..no installment papers. Never go to this place....they are liars and dont know what they are doing. Yes,,unlocked phone from another carrier CAN work with Verizon regardless they are CDMA network...this was all BSC to get them to sell me merchandise..very very disappointed..went their to get prepaid plan on my phone...now stuck with their phone for 2 years..

Horrible people, they have no clue what theyre doing and know nothing about the products. I wanted them to add a service plan to my phone, but instead added a plan to someone elses phone and when I strated to get irritated, he blamed me, because I should be adding my own service plan online! Second time I called, about 6 mos later, I asked about a specific feature on one of their new phones, not only did the guy tell me he was positive the phone has that feature but mumbled/whispered to someone else the whole time and after explaining why i needed it, (and still mumbling to someone else) he said maam, I really dont know anything about the phones, I dont know what to tell you, OK? Is there anything else? I was livid and all I could say was Yes, youre an idiot.

The ladies at this store are rude and discouraging. Their treatment of costumers are deplorable with the exception of their new rep. The ladies take their breaks and sit and dont move while this young woman is standing and helping costumers. They dont care what is said in front of the costumers and get irritable if the trainee needs help. So we n my opinion very bad costumer service with exception of one individual I would not recommend this store go to Carrollton.

The ladies were rude and untruthful. I felt like we were at a used car dealer. Dont listen to them if they tell you the bad deals youll get elsewhere. The retails stores do offer the same and most of the time better deals than verizon stores. The biggest disappointment though was their treatment. Not nice to do business with.

The service pretty good but these people are clueless. I asked what my total bill would be and she told me and even wrote it down. Turns out it was about 75 bucks higher since she didnt add the phones to the bill

Dont waste your time..drive the extra 15 minutes to the actual Verizon store in Carrollton. You will be in and out before you ever get waited on at this place. Waiting more than and hour and still waiting!!
