Worst product and worst customer service Ive encountered. I went into the store on a Friday and was promised my signs would be ready on Monday. I went Tuesday to pick them up and was told by Daniel Holloway that the signs hadnt even been made yet because a signature on the order was needed first which he did not ask for when I placed my order and was never notified of any time after. He did have my signs ready that afternoon but when picked up the wording was incorrect and not what was ordered, and the quality was a joke. The ink bled so all the printing was blurred. Instead of being printed directly on the aluminum panel it was printed on plastic which was attached to the panel and was already peeling off on the corners. When I complained he said the only thing he could do was refund my money. He didnt offer to correct the order at any time. Do not waste your time or money here.

Do not go here for Vinyl! I have been using this lcation to make my car club decals for nearly a year now and have always recieved an amazing price, Now they have new empoyees and have literally trippled my price. For a 3x4 inch single color decal I was paying $5.85 each wich is reasonable, tried to place an order today with a "new" employee, not the same professional I have been dealing with since the begining and they jacked my price to $15 a piece! Thats robbery! Will never use them again for any other projects.

Our church was very pleased with the work done by the team at Fastsigns! They were very thorough and patient with us in our accommodations. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted before completing our project. They are an amazing company and we will be using them for all of our projects. I am very disappointed with them. I had a wrap put on a few months ago and I was told to come back if there were any problems. Well, they are now saying the issue is with the company that sold me the wrap and there was nothing they can do about it. I wont be recommending anyone to fastsigns anytime soon. P.S. The initial wrap looked great and I was very pleased.

These people are completely rude! Unbelievable!! Be warned....DO NOT GO HERE! They put the wrong number on my sign and put a sticker over the wrong number ( to try and correct) instead of making another sign...when I complained, the manager started yelling!!! ...... Adam is the worst person I have EVER encountered....DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING HERE!!
