I recently had the worst experience at this store. It was so bad after they misprinted my label for the third time in a row and I had been there over 30 minutes I walked out in exasperation. Every other customer in there while I was there was also frustrated by the poor customer service and several left without completing their transactions as well. There was a sign on the door as you walk in that said they were messy because of a remodel but it is clear its just an old messy store. Boxes all over the floors. Outdated. Etc. I was so upset by the terrible service I left without completing my transaction and will take my business elsewhere from now on. It isnt that hard to provide good customer service and there are plenty of other UPS franchises or mailing services out there. Will not be back!

This UPS Store is one of the best that I have visited. The personnel cares about your packages and ensures that the packages are shipped with the best option available for shipping. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to packing various items and have the inventory needed to ship your items. Tarana even recognizes regular customers by name. You couldnt ask for a better personal touch. Their services dont stop with the physical box. They also offer all services that one could want when it comes to shipping. I went the other day and they were stuffing envelopes for a customers Christmas card mailings! Now that is truly going above and beyond.

Had to print something in color immediately so when I called for a price was told it would be about $.50 per sheet. When My print was completed I Was charged an additional $2.00 for a file access fee ( fee to open up your file). $1.50 print became $3.50 print job. When I asked the attendant said thats what UPS charges. Unfortunately I had no choice but to pay the charge since did not have enough time to go elsewhere or home. $2 isnt much but its the principle behind not disclosing fees that exceed the service. Will not be going to any UPS Store again especially if I have large print job!!!

I use this UPS Store as my office around the corner for my mailbox services, shipping, copies, stamps, etc. They go above and beyond, always have a smile, and do exactly what we need them to do to keep our business running. We have a medium mailbox and it gets better delivery times than our old business mail and if Im waiting on something important, I just ask them to call me when it arrives and they do.

Broken card reader charged me three times for the same transaction. When I walked back in just to let them know that the original two transactions did go through, the lady at the counter was kind of snippy with me. Maybe she thought that I would make a fuss... I never write reviews but if you are going to say you cant help me, at least do it nicely.

I have had two great experiences here. Staff is very patient and pleasant. I have had no trouble with Amazon returns, other UPS stores have mentioned having a processing fee, there was nothing like that here. Also very fast, even with the holiday crowd. Great service, will definitely be back.

I went yesterday to send a pc back to Dell with a box that was provided. I needed the label printed the male associate was rude, not helpful and ended up charging me .27 for printing! What happened to local business customer service? I will never send anything from that location AGAIN!
