Please be very careful using this store. We wanted to send a package to OH and very clearly said it needed to get there on a certain day. We paid for 2 day guarantee ($34 + 4.95 fuel charge) and were given a tracking number and receipt verifying this type delivery. When the pkg didnt arrive, we (and UPS) had trouble finding the pkg. Come to find out, this store had modified the ship date and gotten a new tracking number assigned (which we understand from UPS is not the correct procedure). Furthermore, when we tried to talk to the mgr of the store, he was adament that we had been told that there would be a day delay in shipping. We never heard this - nor does it make sense as we asked what we needed to do to get it there on time. Very frustrating.

I was really hesitant to visit this location because of its reviews, but when I went in I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were extremely friendly and so helpful. I had to return shoes I bought and the process was super quick and easy. This is definitely my go to ups store. Love my experience every time!

Do not use this UPS for any type of delivery. I sent international package with 4-7 days of delivery guarantee. They dispatched via USPS. Today is 14th day still stuck at miami customs. Better use FEDEX.
