I dont write reviews very often, but after I read all the reviews of this Fedex location, I have to write my experience. Because every time I think about it, it disgusts me! I would say, at this location, all the male staff are all friendly and very helpful. But one of the staff, I regret not getting her name, was very rude and very discriminating. I aways print my labels and just drop off my packages at the store. Most of the time, there are employees asking people already have shipping labels to just leave the packages on the counter if they dont need a receipt. As I walked in the store that day, I had 3 packages, all boxes and not light weight by any means. I saw there were 3 or 4 customers in line in front of me, of course, my experience told me to go to the side counter to see if I can just leave my packages there as I already have labels and things were going slow at the store. Shockingly, the staff working with the customer, an older white woman, normal figure, said something very rude and in a disrespectful manner to me while I was not even aware she was talking to me because I was not even looking at her. So in front of all the customers in line and whole store, she said, " There are 3 customers in front of you!" . I was so shocked, because the first impression she had of me or the first thing out of her mouth is to assume I was about to jump in front of other people to get my packages sent?! Like I dont have any idea what I am supposed to do? You would not assume anyone healthy, young, well-dressed not knowing the basic morals right? So why did she have that assumption of me? Well I cant help thinking is it because I am Asian? Would she say the same thing if I was not an Asian? LOL. That was a very bad experience for me. Everytime I go there, I wish I dont have to see her again. Gladly, I havent yet. No one is supposed to be assumed to not have any manners or not knowing what they should know. Especially when they dont look like so.

I expected a place like Kinkos that specializes in printing to be able to help me the best. Im a secretary for a business in downtown Augusta and my boss needed a couple posters printed for First Friday. After trying Office Depot (printer down), Staples (girl said I wouldnt be able to pick them up till Sunday), I decided to go to Kinkos. The girl at the printing counter seemed nice enough and seemed to understand what I wanted. I needed two 2x6 posters and six 18x24 prints. But I went to the printer to get them they were all wrong. There were only three, and they were huge! So I went and told the girl behind the register (because the other girl had become busy at this time) that my prints were wrong and asked if I could get them redone. She asked what it was that I had needed so I explained it to her. She directed me to a computer and told me to print them the way I needed there. I dont have alot of experience with this and my boss had made the file, but I figured if they werent going to help me, I could figure it out. But then when the computer came on it told me to enter my credit information because it costs .20 a minute! It was going to take me at least 10 minutes to figure out how to print these. So I went back to the girl and told her I didnt want to do that because it was going to take me too long to figure it out, and her reply was "So your good then?" I got upset, almost crying at this point, and said "No, but Ill go somewhere that wants to help me." To management, you have lost a customer.

Its a ship store. I dont have high expectations of print stores. The employees certainly lack energy and personality. But what do I care? Im just trying to print and fax. It was a challenge trying to learn how to use the self service stuff, the staff were not very helpful. But now that I know, I just make sure I have what I need when I go, do what I gotta do and leave. If you want a friendlier experience Staples is just around the corner but you will pay a bit more (at least the last time I used them it was more). The other benefit to FedEx over Staples is they are open late. Helpful if youre in a pinch.

Worthless. Tried printing from Google Drive on the computers. Paid a dollar for the privilege of being told that the browsers are out of date and Drive cant be used. Ok, go to the printers, and I log on sure enough, but its not showing me my latest documents (which have been in my account since last Friday). Strike two. Finally, I just try to email the doc I need.... "retrieval number never comes". All I get from staff is " it should work ". No attempt to dig deeper.... Mind you, its Thursday morning in Augusta, NOT crowded. Man, F FedEx....unless you want foam peanuts.

Walked in the door and the 2 employees looked at me then walked in the back. Several minutes later...they wanted 89 cents a page to scan some black and white documents for me and told me Id have to came back in 3 hours to pick up my originals. It should have taken about 2 minutes. Either they are lazy or stupid because I regularly have this same set of documents scanned for about $3. They would have charged me $16.02 plus tax. Glad I walked out ill wait until my trip is over and do it myself at home for free.

I waited 20 minutes to not be helped. Only one employee was working while the other lady sat in the back. When she finally did come out she was very rude and disrespectful. She told me couldnt send my label to them to be printed when I know that I can because Ive done it before. I cant remember her name but she was older, white, and relatively heavy set. She spoke very loudly with a very rude tone. Do not come here. This is not the first time Ive been disrespected and ignore at this location.

Printing was easy as printers are available, but staff would not bind the printed material. It was a 102 page index; maybe 3 to 4 minute job to bind ay max. However, the lady in front told me she would take an order and that I could pick it up tomorrow. There were three employees chatting and walking around, but they could not do one quick binding.

I was reluctant in coming here due to the review rating. Came in to get an image printed out, Jason assisted me in getting the image properly sized and paper quality. Staff members were very helpful and courteous during my visit. Service and product quality were great as well. Only issue I had was variety in quality card stock, limited choices.

Bottom line is price and quality of services at this location are good. Also, the store is at a convenient location and the only reason why I keep coming back. However, every time I take my business to this location, I experience something negative whether its long lines due to slow service or unfriendly staff.
