Hired new people. I sent something to be printed and it wasnt there. Went back home because I had no internet on my phone, sent again. Came back to have printed. The new woman there covered in tattoos tried to charge me for computer usage for her printing it out. Ridiculous. I said I didnt use the computer to print this paper, thats why I emailed it to yall. She said she was trained to charge for computer usage. I said, why would I run home to resend the email???Ive never been charged for that before. I would have stayed and used their computer. Really dumb. I was charged about .50 instead of almost 5 dollars after going back and forth with her about it. I also mailed two packages from there. The vendor only got an open box, nothing in it. I asked the new kid what to do about this and he had no clue??

If you are dropping off something simple to ship, this location is OK if it is convenient. But if you need anything thats slightly complicated, important to ship or a print job, go elsewhere. I gave them two chances with a print job, and both times it was done wrong. And mind you, I needed a few PDFs printed and stapled...so it was a very simple job. The copies were not stapled (as requested), pages were out of order, and some PDFs werent printed all together.

The store is supposed to be open and ready for service at 8 a.m. It was very frustrating to watch the late employee take her time to open, and even more frustrating to receive her bad attitude. On top of it all, she told me that my letter would not go out today. I have never herd of UPS being slower than USPS. Thank you, Robin, for your terrible customer service and unnecessary attitude. Its not my fault you were late.

The ladies at the Park Street UPS Store are the absolute best especially Robin and Christy! I was very new to the area and they helped me out with everything I need, they are always kind and courteous and very knowledgeable and always greet me by name when I come in the door. No other store can compare!

Absurd new prices. This place used to be my go to print shop until they charged me $5 for 10 pages (regular paper) for printing in black and white. They lost a regular customer.
