Several visits have turned this cosmetic & skincare devotee into a loyal customer! The store is lovely & the products are thoughtfully arranged for easy browsing & sampling. The staff is knowledgeable & helpful, available but never intrusive, & the array of products is impressive. I didnt know all-natural beauty products would look as good & perform as well as the products I regularly buy from mainstream companies like Lancome, YSL, & Armani. Now I do & I urge others to shop at Fig & Flower & verify this for themselves. Finally, I believe in supporting locally owned & operated businesses over corporate ones, so shopping at Fig & Flower enables me to treat myself well while helping a local business succeed.

I have gone here 10 times or so and every time they are so helpful and not pushy or snooty. Theyve listened patiently to my skin issues and concerns. Theyve guided me to items I could try in store and/or free samples. Ive bought a handful of things and one was a bad color match ( on my part!). I emailed them and let them know how badly I chose and they were so kind to trade out the foundation for me. Which is not their policy! But they were so empathetic to my error. Seriously, lovely shop with knowledgeable people. I hope theyre here forever!

Im new to Atlanta so I got lost on my way here and arrived with only minutes to spare. Nevertheless, Sara was EXTREMELY helpful! She didnt rush me out despite the time, instead she was cool and calm. She explained my options, let me try on some makeup and even finished my whole face after the sale! The store is beautiful and everything smells AMAZING! Cant wait to go back when I have more time to play!

A beautifully-laid out shop where you can shop knowing that all the products are high quality and good for your body! Sales staff is really helpful. (I love the mascara that smells like chocolate, even though it makes me hungry). Its like a mini spa vacation. Enjoy!
