I have visited this beauty supply on multiple occasions. There are only 3 beauty supplies within a 5 mile radius of my house and I usually rotate around those 3 but after today, I will be removing this place from my rotation. I gave a call prior to coming to explain that i bought hair the previous day and unfortunately had my hair stylist cancel on me. Due to cancellation, I was in need of an exchange for the value Id spent. The woman on the phone said if I had the receipt, I could get a refund but without, I could only exchange. Sounded great to me. Upon arrival I approach the desk, I told the woman I couldnt find the receipt but would like to just exchange. She then tells me she will do me a favor of exchanging the hair this time but that next time she would not do it. My response was a simple "ok" to which she responded "thats just common sense" in reference to the idea of exchanging without a receipt. Due to this comment that she made MULTIPLE times. I searched my bag and luckily found it. I gave her the receipt and got my hair. Upon my exit, I let her know that if she wants people to return for business, she should probably not tell someone about "common sense" in such a rude way. Especially to a customer that was not being combative or wanting a cash refund. I let her know this would be my last time shopping there and she apologized but I will definitely not w back. I just found it awfully rude that she repeatedly told me that it was just common sense and she was doing me a favor. Clearly I had common sense enough to contact the location before coming in and expecting anything from them. I just felt incredibly disrespected!

I visited Beauty Infinity Mart on 8/09/2016 around 7pm. I stopped by to ask some questions about a particular brand of weave extensions that I had purchased a few years ago. That was my first time there, I was greeted by one of the employees and I began to ask her about the hair that I had, then another woman came into our conversation and seemed to get anoyed for no reason at all, and said they were closed, implying I should leave, then she yells for the one other customer in the store to leave as well. They close at 8pm. The way I was treated by this woman was very rude, and as a business owner, treating people that way is no way to do business. I didnt insult anyone, I simply had some questions about a product that I had and needed help. I will not be returning to Beauty Infinity Mart.

I was there at the checkout buying an item. It started to rain & storm really bad all of a sudden. As I was checking out the power went out & one of the asian ladies just started yelling something. I couldnt understand her at first of course with their broken English & all. Then I realized she was yelling Bye! Like over & over just saying bye. Then she finally said we cannot sell bye! By then the lights had come back on but she still wanted me out of the store. I was just like WTF that was rude as hell! LEARN ENGLISH & HOW TO COMMUNICATE TO CUSTOMERS PROPERLY OR GET THE HELL OUT OF THIS COUNTRY!!!!!

I am a frequent customer at this beauty supply store because they have what I need most of the time. I am highly disappointed at the way I was treated today when I was denied the equal exchange of a unopened product of hair color that I clearly purchased from them I was not asking for my money back just a different color in the same exact name brand but because I lost a receipt from almost a week ago I was told no without him even looking at the what I was exchanging. I have never had this problem at ANY other beauty supply store. They dont have to worry about my business EVER again!!

The best shopping experience!!!! The staff is always polite, friendly, and professional. They always have what I need and when they dont they will be sure to get it even if they have to special order it. You just dont get quality service like that anywhere. They have the best selection compared to other beauty supply stores. Make sure you go check them out. You wont be disappointed.
