WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! PRODUCTS ARE OVERLY PRICED FOR THE QUALITY. THE MALE OWNER/EMPLOYEE IS EXTREMELY RUDE VOCALLY AND WITH HIS BODY LANGUAGE WHEN CUSTOMERS (BLACK/COLORED PEOPLE) ASKED HIM QUESTIONS ABOUT MERCHANDISE. OBSERVED HIM BEING SOOOO RUDE TO SEVERAL CUSTOMERS SO I DECIDED NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING AT THIS BUDDY BEAUTY MART. PLEASE BLACK PEOPLE AVOID THIS STORE. "BETTER YET GET MORE OF YOUR OWN BEAUTY SUPPLY STORES" ETC. ETC. AND STOP SPENDING MONEY AT BUSINESSES THAT DONT RESPECT YOU. THE BLACK CUSTOMERS ARE 99.9%, IF NOT 100% OF BEAUTY SUPPLY STORES CUSTOMERS. (AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE "PLAGUE" OR A VIRUS BECAUSE ALL YOU WILL GET FOR YOUR MONEY IS EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SERVED UP WITH A VERY ROTTEN ATTITUDE!!!!!!!!!

I have been a regular at this store for the last 5 or more years. The last 2 visits where the most appalling visits Ive ever experienced in my life! Ive always felt the owner has trust issues. i overlooked it because at least he was respectful. But now, hes gone too far. For starters, his prices are inflated and the inventory is not the best. Second, Ive noticed that he has hired an older lady and on my last two visits, she followed me throughout the store and watched my every move! Ive never felt so violated in my life! Even though this store is the closest to my home, i would NEVER return.

I have been going to that store for the past 5 years. Never had any problem. The owner "J" is friendly, he knows his products and always advise me well on what to use for myself and my family and they always work. I dont even have to go to a salon if I dont want to. People say theyre racists, well Im a black woman, I never had any problem with anyone there. Its the first beauty place Ive went and was treated courteously and respectfully; where I can have all my questions answered. I moved from norcross and still drive 45 mns to go there when I need something.

This store is not for black all the guy that owns the store is very rude racist and unprofessional i do i repeat do not recommend for my black ppl to go spend money at a over price store that doesnt appreciate your money i rather drive across town and spend my money where they are happy to see and help their customers he dont even greet you when you come through the door this place has terrible customers service and the that owns the place has the worst attitude i have had to deal with in awhile

Overpriced!! Blacks are the only ones who support these beauty supply stores owned by Asians & we are treated the worst while spending OUR $$$!! I agree with another reviewer. Stop patronizing these stores & get our own. They are becoming millionaires off us black folks!! Wake up or at least demand they RESPECT US while spending OUR $$$!!

I have been a customer since 2005! I am black and I see a lot of reviews about racism. I have always been treated with the up most respect, I would ask questions and they would be answered with no problems. I also have a gay black bf,f who as well shops there and he loves the experience!

He accused my 12 year old daughter of stealing a damn scarf after she had no pockets or a purse I searched her for him so that he can see that all black people dont steal racist stay away he is not deserving of your hard earned money!!!! And i will report to the bbb
