Ive been coming to this Starbucks once a month for the past three years. I have slowly watched the service decline. The staff are usually friendly and abundance. Recently, I went in and ordered a grande iced promotional drink. There was nothing odd about my order. But with six people working, my drink took forever to receive. I used to be a barista. Hot drinks take the longest. Iced drinks, two minutes at best. Three if its a complicated order or if its a frappucino. My drink took forever to make. Ice, cinnamon almond milk, and a pump of espresso roast. I couldnt tell you how long it took, but it was definitely over five minutes. For such an uncomplicated order, with so many employees, the wait was inappropriately long. They made no apology or acknowledgement. They merely called out my name, sat the coffee down, and turned their back to me.

Worst Starbucks in the area! I decided to give them a second chance after the last visit. Waited in the drive thru for at least 20 min tonight to get my kids the unicorn frappacino. Was never offered a discount or an apology for the very long wait. When we received the drinks not only did they look completely different then advertised they had been made 10 min prior according to the time on the cup. The drinks were melting and watered down. Complete waste of money and time. I will never ever return. Two bad experiences is enough for me! I wish I could give zero stars!!!

Made a simple order for 2 drinks, and one smores bar. Barista told me that "I was confusing him" by asking if they were sold in singles or in a 5 pack only. This wouldnt have been terrible on its own, but afterwards he didnt say a word just handing me the order, and said "thanks" quietly at the end. Also left our last drink on a counter for 30 seconds and talked to a co worker before handing it to us Usually this place is good.

This location is always super busy but I happen to come in a the perfect time. I was able to pick up my drink and get my beans ground in record time. The only thing that couldve been better was that when I had a question about my receipt the cashier acted annoyed and was like "its correct". Thats the only reason this location got 4 stars other than that this location is great!

Starbucks coffee is not my thing but sometimes you just got to meet a need. They happened to be the closest proporters of desired liquid nectar. The typical mediocre setup with the same overpriced menu. What made this highway robery atypical was the outstanding customer service. The knowledgable and friendly employee that took my money made the crime bearable.

Nice size location. Nice folks. Regardless of the style espresso drink I order from Starbucks it just seems a bit too bitter to me. Love the taste of their chai as long as I actually get a full cup, so thats about all I order there these days. Convenient. Pricey.

Slowest drive thru ever, Im not kidding I just waited 20 minutes to even order my coffee ( couldnt go in,had the dog in the car). This isnt the first time that this has happened, and unfortunately this is the closest one to me.

Awesome! App sent my order to this location instead of one on semoran by Orlando airport. They made my experience pleasant and with ease. Happy, friendly and smiling faces. Stop by Im sure you wont be disappointed!!

If you are trying to do homework/studying, stay away from here but if you are looking to connect with new people, old friends, or family. This is the atmosphere to be in. Great staff and fast with orders.

The place is always clean, very friendly staff, and the coffee always taste good. The drive-through can sometimes get back up taking as long as 15 mins to get a cup of coffee but usually pretty quick.

Im not a coffee drinker, but I sometimes come here with my wife. She loves the coffee here, and I can always find another drink for myself. They have good service and a nice atmosphere.

Most of the time the coffee here is alright, better than any of the Starbucks in the area, but today it was stellar! The milk foam was like fluffy clouds of happiness. :) Great job!

Love this place I in there about 3 times a week..great friendly place and the service is great as well..best Starbucks I been in a long time..does need alittle more sitting room..

Slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to. Dont go unless you have 30 minutes to wait for your drink/food. Happens every time.

This is one of the best Starbucks. Everyone is so nice and it is so much nicer since they expanded the store.
