Im an avid Starbucks go-er, nearly everyday before work, today I had to run errands and I decided to drive through this Starbucks. When I pulled up to the intercom the gentleman was nice and greeted me right away, I told him I wanted a Shaken Iced Green Tea, sweetened. I then drove up to the window (I was the only car in the line) and for three to four minutes no one said a word to me, not even the guy standing right by the window! (Doesnt sound like long but when you are sitting in silence and no one greets you, its a while.) This guy by the window, who Im assuming took my order, was standing there changing the trash can, taking out the old bag and putting in the new. I wouldnt have thought anything of it but the barista puts my drink on the counter AND HE TURNS AND GRABS IT WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS AFTER TAKING OUT THE OLD BAG. I was in such shock about it and was speechless, he hands me my drink and then realized he hadnt collected and was like "Oh I need the money for it." In the rudest manner. I was just dumbfounded by how this whole thing went down. Between the poor customer service and the nasty trash bag handed cashier, I was just blown out of the water. And to top off my visit, the tea was literally ENTIRELY ICE, almost no tea, and not sweetened, it was horribly bitter. Three small drinks and it was gone. I would have gone back but I had my 6 month old daughter in the car and didnt have time. So so disappointed, I will NEVER go back to this Starbucks.

As of the last 3 times I have gone there, they have messed up my order. Ever since the original staff has dispersed and moved out to other locations, it just isnt the same. My coffee is never consistent anymore and one time, they tried to up charge me by giving me the double bacon sandwich when I order the simple bacon and gouda. Drive Thru seems to take forever now when before change of staff, it flowed. Today, ordered my usual order and get to work to open the bag and its not even the right sandwich ordered... WAY off!! Sure, they are friendly as usual, but just the same care and good job and good tasting coffee is way off. I miss the old staff as they seemed to have it working like fine oiled machine! Im dreading to have to go to Dunkin Donuts for my morning coffee and breakfast, but I cant keep spending the money on something that isnt up to parr and worth my usual bucks!

After lunch with my family on a recent trip to Orlando, my sister said she wanted an iced tea at this Starbucks. We parked and entered and got comfortable seats by the front door with small six-sided tables for each comfortable chair. The coffees were standard, but my sisters tea was special and generous. There are four side tables, each with two wooden seat chairs, and one long table in the center of the large room with extra-tall ceiling with about a dozen high chairs, mainly occupied by people with laptops or phones and books. The place is very clean and outside are several outdoor tables and chairs, sheltered from the sun by umbrellas. There is ample parking and landscaping of palms and other plants.

The young gentleman was very helpful to me, and helping me find the right gift for my dad. Today Lauren was your superstar for day very helpful, pleasant. Great job hiring a wonderful. person. Daniela was great 4/26 I having a problem with my app on phone and loging in and resetting my password, I was in line about 15min apologizing, she said it was ok, it happens all the time, Daniela end up give me my drink on the house, finally got app to work, she said dont worry about it. So I paid it forward in the drive thru to someone else. Thank you Daniela you made my day yesterday and everyone always great. Today crew are always excited to see you.

Its the closest Starbucks near me. When I go I wait and wait and wait. And hopefully they have the drink I want because a lot of the time they are out. Went this morning. Fatal mistake. Drive thru was packed so I went in. Ordered a simple tea, 25-30 minutes later I get it. I guess I should of learned the last few times I came here.

The staff was very pleasant, but I asked for three long shots and when I got my drink it was cold. I went back and ask them to remake the drink it was again cold and it was not three long shots. Not sure what the mix up was as my companion asked for two long shot that drink was made correctly.

Ive been here twice and the first time I waited 45 min for 1 drink!!!! An I went back a Second time and the same people were working and they still did not know what they were doing!!! STARBUCKS DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE STAFF... I know you dont want any of these people representing your store!

Incredible nice and friendly staff that goes out of thier way to get to know your name and drink preferences. Unfortunately the newly remodelled store lacks enough cozy chairs and smaller tables. Otherwise 5 stars.

The drive through girl was so rude when I tried to change my order. No smiling at all, she actually looked like she hated everything and everyone. Not what I want to see getting my tea on my Saturday morning.

Slowest service of any Starbucks I have ever visited. Have waited 15 to 15 minutes in drive up several times. Its the most convenient one near me but I need to go somewhere else!
