Best shop ever. Love the owner & Nick etc...always best service. Very sweet staff...always been nice and took their time to explain everything. Just good atmosphere. Love those boys not arrogant. Came back from Germany and I cant say enough good things...always generous and good knowledge.will only go there. Good selection...they dont try to sell and bullshit...they will really give great advice from beginner to advanced vaper... . Other shops will try and sell u tons of stuff and juices .( which u might hate and never vape again) they are just soooo kind... Im recommending this store to anyone. The owner actually told me to try a few cheaper juices to figure out what I liked. Then once igot a few cheaper juices i could decide what i liked. I made investments for better juices that I love...so so helpful. I will again never go anywhere else. Definitely will refer my German friends or European visitors to go there.... Whoever had faulty supplies as I read in last reviews didnt contact them. Even I had a bad battery. Got immediate replacement...its not their fault. Dealing w anything electrical can have issues and they were fabulous to replace my item w o question... I rather shop there than save 2$ and have poor customer service. They are always there for questions and great advice....I cant say enough... Plus they always have 10% off..which I dont care.its a nice bonus but I love them... ..

Slightly below average. The quality of their products is ok, the prices are a little high, but the service is what kills it (in a bad way). Would give 3-4 stars (never 5, because the glass quality isnt great), but the employees are kinda rude and undereducated. I was trying to buy an 18mm slide, and the guy kept showing me 14s (i have a very good eye). I kept telling him, "those are 14" and he began to argue with me, until i made him grab a *water pipe* off the shelf that was labeled "18mm" to test it. Lo and behold, it did not fit. Had i been less confident/argumentative, i would have paid for a piece of glass that was completely useless to me. And as we all know, smoke shops in florida have a universal "no returns" policy, so i would have been screwed thanks to mr. Goodtimez. Also, to the people leaving reviews saying they got kicked out for saying "bong", thats a thing in every single smoke shop in every state where mj is still illegal. Im not defending this shop by any means, but you should know the etiquette before entering any smoke shop. ID present, bad words absent.

Bro, This is the worst head shop I have ever had displeasure of entering. They have a pretty good selection but they have the rudest employees in the world. I had previously purchased a "water pipe" in this store. The slider had broken not even a week later. I returned to purchase a new slider and had pointed out the exact "water pipe" I had. They told me the size I needed and I left with it. Turns out it was to small. I returned an HOUR later to explain the situation and exchange it for one that fit. I was told no exchanges could be made and then proceeded to be kicked out of the store for using the b-word (A.K.A BONG). Do not ever go to this store unless you want a condescending blonde bimbo, who obviously doesnt care about her customers in the least bit, to undoubtedly ruin your day with her negativity.

The worst customer service ever. I bought an e-cig and it was leaking like crazy the first day. I had to go back twice on the same day to prove to them it was defective finally they gave me another one but it leaks also. On that same day I bought a battery and 1 day later the button broke. She accused me of dropping it or it had to of been something I did. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Over priced junk is what they are selling. The battery was only 20.00... I told her to keep it and that I would find a new smoke shop. Thats 3 products in less than two days that were defective.

I wouldnt go anywhere else. Love this shop and the staff, anytime Im in the area I always stop in to say hello. They are some of the friendliest people Ive met and they are always looking to give you the best deals. Great quality products with some of the most alluring pieces Ive seen. If youre looking for something specific or just browsing around I highly recommend this shop. Remember your I.D., manners and etiquette and youll never have a bad time at Good Timez!

Just keep driving until you reach winter park and dont stop here. Just call with a simple question about a product and youll see why. Their products are inferior, their prices are just funny and as others have mentioned the customer service isnt knowledgeable or polite. It doesnt have a clean feel and you will not want to stay a moment longer than absolutely necessary. I have never seen more than a car or 2 in front. Dont give your money to these people.

A great place to go for Hookah, spice, waterpipes, adult toys and all other gag or "adult" gifts you could think of, great staff, super friendly, Dont forget your ID though, they are avid about checking it to allow entrance and you will be asked to leave if you dont have it available, but its an awesome place for the 18+ crowd! Good Timez had Good Stuff

Great store but DO NOT SAY THE WORD BONG here they will treat you like a first class criminal and immediately kick you out and possibly curb stomp you if say JOINT. If you want to mention weed say the devils lettuce. If you want say bong say water pipe. If you wish to wax say the Bees grease.

Rude and overpriced. I found cheaper smokes across the street from this store. When I compared prices here to other shops in the area, they were significantly higher than others. Also didnt appreciate the stores associates lack of knowledge or maturity.
