We had a TERRIBLE experience at the OBT location of this small chain of stores, and were lied to and misled. On a whim, my partner went to this Hoffner location to attempt to talk to someone about the stores policies, and actually met one of the owners. He informed us that the OBT location doesnt have a manager and therefor can not, on their own, do refunds and such without contacting this location. The owner offered us many items in compensation along with a refund, however we had already returned our Tsunami vapes to the manufacturer, so we werent able to do a return there. Instead, he went ahead and offered us a $15 dollar single vape kit to hold us over while we waited for our vapes to get back from Tsunami. This doesnt change the fact that the prices are ridiculously marked up, but it does make it easier to swallow the hole we dug ourselves into with the $80 defective Tsunami purchase.

Been dealing with these guys for well over a year now in the beginning they were great was buying my tobacco there about every two weeks by the can treated me like I was a priority then there product line seemed to shift now it seems theyre more interested in selling paraphernalia than keeping regular customers and I really hope they read this review because they were a really great story and they still could be if they would focus like they did in the beginning when I first started shopping there they need to get their priorities straight when you ask for a review I will give you my honest opinion

The obt store is ok. The hoffner store is terrible the older guy with white hair bald head is very ignorant was getting mad because I asked questions about juice which is overpriced 15 mls for 13.99 when I can get a 30 ml for 14.99 but in a pinch they were ok until I met that ignorant man who treated me like a piece of crap while treating the lady next to me like a god when she only bought ciggs and I bought 26 in juice I will drive out of my way to get better service. And they do sell clones and they dont tell that guy didnt even know what an rda was. Terrible.

This guys are awesome, a lot of knowledge especially when it comes about Vaping. They all kinds of devices , parts and the best variety of Ejuices in the market. It was my first place looking for something to quit smoking and to change for Vape and i found it everything here. Staff are great friends and just come and see for your self. You will not go anyother place after. Guaranteed!

i just started to vape and went to buy some e juice. bough what seemed to look like decent ejuice and I was coughing really bad thinking its because I upd my nicotine. nope theyre selling expired ejuice but at regular price... the ejuice I bought had a sticker coving the expire date of 12-01-2016... never will I got to up in smoke again

More of a tobacco shop than your traditional cigar shop with a dedicated humidor. They had a medium sized glass humidor for some of the pricier cigars and a few rows of boxes of various brands. I was able to find a couple labels Id never seen in Tallahassee, and for good prices. They made good gifts :)

Very pricey. $10 for a basic little replacement stem piece that other shops charge $5 for. $60 for average grinders. Same grinders on Amazon for $16. Go somewhere else. Many better deals around town.

WAY OVER PRICED. PAYED $115 FOR A SETUP THAT IS $45 ON AMAZON. I mean shame on me for drinking the koolaid and not doing my usual check around, I just hope others see this and dont make the same mistake.
