This man has never been rude to me unlike the people at Cheap Tobacco. While his selections are not large, they are sufficient. On the other hand Cheap Tobacco, which used to be in a downtown store (now on the West side of Ravenna) have been rude to me for the last time. Their rudeness has happened over a number of YEARS and was NOT just a one-time occourance, the most recent time was about six months ago.

Owner is very friendly with great service but there were only two kinds of tobacco to choose from... Also owner will not expand his range of tobacco.
