As a regular customer, I was not pleased with the professionalism of one of the employees at the smoke shop. My partner and I went to the smoke shop to inquire about the items that were sold in the shop. I made a comment about one of the items. I simply said "oh, look at this bong", instead of informing me the correct term for the item, he kicked us out without a hesitation and a gestured a smirk to his friend as he said it. I do understand that certain terms are not acceptable, however, he could of handled the situation more appropriately. Ive been to other shops and if they said the wrong term, they were informed that they could not use that term and told the proper term. I felt like I was a punchline to a joke and I am not pleased. I will not be returning to this smoke shop. I will take my business elsewhere.

The gentleman that helped me was very nice but the liquid they sell called Ilas is terrible and there coils are questionable. I got 2 liquid oils and 3 coils for my vapor. The first coil was fine and the first oil i tried was ok for being a cheap option but when i needed to refill i used the 2nd oil called Apple Jolley rancher and I had the worst taste encounter ever. I thought my coil had burnt out cause it tasted like i was vaping burnt car oil. I replaced the coil thinking it was bad and the 2nd coil I used wouldnt even work. I switched to the 3rd coil and everything was ok again (used the first oil). After putting the 2nd oil in when refilling i realized it wasnt my coil it was the oil that was causing the burnt car oil taste. I am so upset that most my merchandise couldnt even be used.

Best shop in Orlando. Staff is very educated in all things they sell. Staff is also very kind and respectful. They will help you! Not like other stores. The products they sell are only the best and most popular. Also the in house E-juice for vapors are very good. Id say some are equal to the popular chain brands like "space jam" etc. They have great deals going on all the time. Prices are fair. Cheaper than 2 other stores I know. I would definitely recommend everyone to just drop by and see the shop yourself. Give it a shot, youll be on here writing a review as well. P.S they didnt have a specific item, they ordered and it came the next morning. What a pleasure it was to vape on a new tank:)

I have been to this shop several times for my wifes supplies and now her girl friends too. Although I dont vapor, I was educated by the employees there to the best units to buy and what to stay away from! Their staff is very knowledgeable and quick to recommend a product that I might not be aware of. They have a wide selection of vape items as well as other smoking supplies. If you want a great place with a wide selection and friendly staff, then this is the place to go!!! Also, I would like to thank Amean, the owner, for the great personal service and suggestions. I recently purchased an e-cig from here and the staff helped me make the right choice. When my mouthpiece wasnt working right, I brought it in and was helped by Corey, who who was super-friendly and cracking jokes the whole time. He helped me out and fixed the problem in 5 minutes flat, all while helping 3 other customers. He was very reassuring that things would work out and he acted like it was his pleasure to help, as opposed to some others Id been helped by at other stores. Ill definitely be frequenting this store from now on!

Ilyaz smokeshop is wonderful they have a large variety of vapor flavors and brands. They have some of the most premium looking water pipes ive ever seen as well as various detox products and incense. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Im usually assisted by Cory when I go in there and he always makes sure I leave with what i came for or better. Their location is also very easily accessible making it that much more wonderful. I recommend this shop to anyone whether youre new to smoking, or vaping or an experienced vet.

I love the personality of this place, the recent remodel and the sippin syrup availability :P always have some dank liquids on hand for my cloud beast (Which I got here for the low!) The staff here are all real chill, Brittany is real knowledgeable to my vaping needs. Its nice to have someone who personally takes interest in my concerns because vaping is more than just a hobby for me, its keeping me from smoking! I love coming in to see what new stuff you guys have brought in since my last visit. Keep up the good job guys

Terrible prices. Any time I go in there to view anything all of their products are more expensive then they actually cost. For example I bought a tank from them for $50 and later found out that I could have bout the tank online from the maker for $25. Its a great place to buy liquids from but if you buy anything else just look online. Also they dont have a return policy, so if you bought a broken tank like me they wont take it back so you spent $50 on nothing. All they will do is take off $10 from your next purchase.

Josh is one of the most knowledgeable people Ive ever met when it comes to vaping.I am desperately trying to quit smoking cigarettes and he went out of his way to help me find the perfect set up. He fully explained everything in detail and offered to help any way he could if I ever had any problems. This is to the owner :Josh deserves a big raise because I went in there to buy something small under $10 and ended up spending over $140 . Will definitely return and definitely recommend to other people.

One of the coolest shops in the world! I love these people. Very knowledgeable. Best inventory selection in Orlando and the very best prices! They also sell the really big bottles of eliquid. I took one back with me to Mexico because I cant get eliquid here. Im a very very happy customer! They also have kratom which is an amazing amazing herb! It helps me deal with pain from a motorcycle accident! Some shops charge way too much for it but this shop had incredible prices! Very friendly people!

As I came to the store to buy a lighter for a friend I walked around the Store and the first case on the right by the entrance had a pipe with a "weed nug" on top of it . u can say because I dont smoke , I told the white chubby guy who works there if someone left something behind . He said no and I told him it looks like weed . He kicked myself and a friend out saying he is going to call the cops because that word is not aloud in the store. We couldnt even purchase something if we wanted too

Great customer service...Cory was awesome he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me out a whole lot because I didnt know anything about the e-sigs or anything I just knew I wanted one. Cory explained the best options for me and what I was looking for. The store is awesome. I had visited other smoke shops and they were just trying to make the sell and didnt inform me about anything... and were just too expensive. ILYAS had great prices.
