I JUST came from this store and i went in to buy a money order. Since the Money Order machine is Frequently broken, i opened by asking "Is the money order machine working?" There were three women behind the counter. Talking, laughing and having a good old time. They were visibly annoyed that i wanted their assistance. Two said they no longer carry money orders, the third pointed to the north west corner of the store. Since i frequent (USED TO Frequent) this store and buy money orders there all (ALL) the time, i knew these women had ZERO Idea about what they were talking. So i countered with "Western Union Money Orders............?" The one who was supposed to help me said "they had nothing to do with Western Union" (i KNEW she was incorrect) SIGH So, i countered with "OK, so how about you print me out a money order off that machine (and i pointed toward the money order machine) for $265 and i will SHOW YOU where it says Western Union on it....?" I gave her the money, she practically threw my change back at me and she turned to get my money order. As she was feeding my cash into the safe, i offered to educate her about the products SHE Sells and she got belligerent. Why does 7-11 train their employees to be RUDE and Argumentative with paying customers?? I wonder how many money orders this store failed to sell because these three employees were insufficiently trained? Or because they prefered to be rude shrews? I just read the reviews above and have decided that calling the local store will be a waste of my time. BTW, the exterior described above is 100 percent accurate and the facilities are almost NEVER available to customers, just saying. Which leads me to believe that everything ELSE they said in their reviews was also accurate.. So, Tomorrow, i am going to call the corporate headquarters and complain. I will explain to them about these reviews and why complaining locally is a waste of time and see what THEY can do about this. I CERTAINLY will not be gassing up there anymore. The place across the street is the same price with no ATTITUDE.

Filthy, reeking parking lot...Roaches rampant...Sewage frequently backed up, with no facilities available...always at the whim of management. Trash and litter everywhere...Belligerent, occasionally hostile help. Backed up by local police (who get free food there)--and shrewd, intelligent, falsely friendly, and thoroughly manipulative manager, "Lisa." "Lisa" does great lip service, talks a good game, plays victim often--but never actually remedies a problem, or does a thing for anyone, without a profit. Son is a cop. "Lisa" giving free food to cops, who should be there to enforce the law, makes it hard to clean this place up! Sign posted on 7-11s gas pumps-- "Handicapped Assistance"--goes directly to a fax. Shocking, illegal--but entirely characteristic. This place has a very ugly underbelly that the public rarely sees! You can become VERY sick at this store, and addicted to its unhealthy substances. I once found a dead pigeon behind Lisas 7-11, having asked permission to personally clean up the litter so my neighborhood wouldnt suffer blight from Lisas inaction Again, no remedy taken! Homeless people sleep/defecate/urinate behind and around the store....meanwhile "Lisa" barters every lowest human denominator/addiction: Smoking. Booze. Gambling. Sugar/Soda...the list goes on and on. And with that phony charm she turns on and off like a switch, "Lisa" will be taking all your money before you know it. Dont forget, she owns 6 stores! When you do get sick, expect her to dodge accountability, and point out to you that she has made a profit....That that is all that matters. AVOID AT ANY COST!!! Serious infections are no joke, and most of what Lisa deals in, is physically addictive. Thats why so many of her hangers-on are riff-raff. Until it happens to you personally, however, "Lisa" will convince you shes the nicest person alive....Shell have you hooked before you know it!

I went to this store last Tuesday around 6.30 pm, an African american chick, was charging me more of what i am used to pay for an Arizona Ice tea, when i asked her why, she rudely just told me (do you want it or not?)i asked again only to get the same answer, i told her the hot dog station was messy and missing everything, not even napkins, she rolled her eyes and said ok. I said that not ok. i had a kikkat bar on my hand ans she interrupted me asking if i wanted that? i was outraged by her insensitive, ghetto attitud and told her no i dont want it, and she asked me to put it back, i said you put it back you are the employee, and she pushed it away the desk. What a disrespectful awful attitude, i have been calling for 3 day s leaving messages fro the owner (supposedly named Lisa, and nobody has bothered. Considering that i called again this morning, and even worse, rudest person on the phone called Juliana (claiming to be the Owners daughter) would not want to take my message and forced me to come by after 9Am to get a hold of her, when i strongly ask her to give her the message she hung up on me with no respect at all for me as a customer, I outraged again I showed up to see who this person was, she was the rudest cuban woman waiving her hands good bye to me in front of every other customer, when i asked her why did she hang up on me Complaint was filed at corporate #81170616060428
