Be very careful with this site, save your receipt because if your work was done wrong they remove your activity from the system and tell you that you were never there and they steal your money, I am so disappointed that I never go back to this place of rats Pepboy In Lake Worth, and the attention they gave me was the worst until they laughed at me ... Horrible, hace dos meses puse llantas nuevas obviamente me las rotaron pague para que me alinearán y me cobraron un seguro de garantía para ser más exacta pague $667.00, luego de un mes monto el auto en la I95 y vibraba tanto que no se podía subir la velocidad a más de 60mph , lo traigo de vuelta y me dicen q es q se fue la rotación , 15 días después el problema continúa y me quieren cobrar $170 pendejos estos, robándole el dinero a uno como si uno fuera tonto. Me lo acaban de rotar lo monto la I95 para asegurarme y sigue la misma basura , regresó y la morena que estaba en la caja me dicen que no hay registro de que lo hice con ellos y digo q mierda ! Regresé por mi recibo y entonces me dice un mecánico que la máquina de ahí no está buena porque no rota más de 50 mph , ahora me doy cuenta como te roban el dinero en este taller que solo lleva el nombre porque el servicio es de lo peor !!

We had a terrible situation this weekend with Pep Boys. First we were unsure of the estimate they gave us, because I have been grievously over-charged at a different pep boys before and was cautious. They were not clear about the part or price break down and we thought we were being over charged and considered going to another place. As it turned out we were mistaken about the charges and desperately needed our vehicle so we decided to get it fixed there. By this time they had already had the car for several hours. The part didnt come in that day. They promised to call the next day and keep in touch but we head to call them repeatedly before they even bothered to call the dealership to find out why the part was taking so long. In spite of being told wed be called right back each time, we waited long periods in between calls before having to call back ourselves. We were told they couldnt get the part that day either and the car wouldnt be fixed till Monday. If someone had bothered to find out where the part was before mid afternoon we could have made arrangements to pick the part up and drop it off ourselves but their poor time management made that impossible. We were promised a discount for the inconvenience abd told the car would be done asap Monday so my husband could go to work. He was JUST able to pick up the car less than an hour ago and was not given a discount, but merely not charged for the extra hour of labor which they misestimated. I will not be returning to this or any other pep boys. I understand they cannot control other businesses parts deliveries but they could have attempted to communicate which they didnt. We were not made to feel like a priority as a paying customer at any point during the (extremely protracted, from Friday at eleven am to Monday at two thirty pm for what was meant to be a two hour fix) transaction and we both missed a lot of work opportunities waiting for them to be clear with us.

Been to this Pep Boys twice. First time I brought it by to replace the alternator and battery because the car wouldnt start. I was grossly overcharged for the labor and for parts (even after talking them into giving me the online discounts on the parts). Less than a month later my car wouldnt start again. Got towed back in and when I have them my keys I was asked if I could stick around for a little. I said sure Ill be here and over two hours later no one came to tell me what was going on. They made excuses about being understaffed they could have told me it would take longer than expected so I could have made other arrangements. And they ignore you while youre at the service desk because they dont want to deal with their customers. After 4 hours of waiting when it should have been just a moment Im told they wont get to fixing my car today (I had to go back up and ask them myself) and they have no estimate of how long it will take and I should just wait for a call. This has to be the worst service Ive ever experienced from any service station. Never take your car here. They are slow, unprofessional, and they charge abhorrent prices for parts and labor. I should have just went elsewhere even though the original service was done here and let someone else deal with the problem they never fixed in the first place.

Everytime I go into this place it is a horrible experience. Its convenient location is no longer a selling point. I am always treated like scum on the street. The last time I pulled up with my girlfriend and said watch how we are treated, it will inevitably be some of the worst customer service youll see, sure enough, I asked if they had anything to remove light scratches on a windshield and I got two looks like I was an idiot for even asking and then they opened their mouths. Id guess they have low self esteem because Ive never seen employees so consistently talk down to customers. I am not a complete moron when it comes to cars nor am I a pro so take from it what you will. Looks like the reviews are consistent and management doesnt care or perhaps this is an employee habit acquired form the owner/manager. Having a background in customer service in the upper midwest this kind of service is hard for me to wrap my head around.

Brought my car in for new battery terminal and new AC Resistor. Six hours later, I pick up my car, pay the bill, I was told they couldnt fix the AC because their machine was down. So six hours for a battery terminal replacement?? The next morning, I start my car for work, but wait, now the battery is dead. I pop the hood and see the battery terminal was never replaced! They didnt do anything! They practically just stole my money. When I called this morning to get an explanation, initially, they said I didnt bring the vehicle in yesterday. Luckily, I had my work order. After I read them the invoice and store ID, they said, "Oh, okay. I found it here." Then they went on to say that the "auto technician" must have overlooked it! It was the ONLY thing that they were able to do for ky vehicle, and yet, they overlooked it?? Im NEVER going back to this rat hole! 6 hours for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FIXED! AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME!

If theres a company you need to stay away from, it is Petboys. This is not the first time it happens to me. Once you get in the store, it takes for ages for a customer service representative to take your order. Seriously, these guys are dressed up like executives and take as much time as a guy whos repairing computers. Today (August 9th) I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes and no one has even said, Ill be with you in a minute, sir. They are passing by, working on the computers, talking on the phone (supposedly with customers), coming in and out of the mechanics room, and the line after me is growing up. Thanks God there are others in the business of fixing flat tires.
