I bought a oil filter for my 2011 dodge grand caravan In this Auto Zone, went back on 08/24/16, to ask a key Tools to change the filter, the worker told me I have to buy it, if i need to do my job, I been at Advance Auto Parts, ask at the pretty girl working there if they can lend me the tools, they say no problem, it was very nice from her. I DONT RECOMAND AUTO ZONE… BAD SERVICE!!!!

I went into this store and a young man Fernando help me. I wanted to check my cabin filter he came outside with me and checked it at no charge. It was good so I thanked him. If I need any parts I will go back to this location....
