*WARNING* this is you friendly warning stay away from this place. If you are reading the review for this business is because you are considering what people have to say about it and perhaps are thinking of doing business here. This tire center has been a mistake i will not make again! never again will i come or even consider this place to anyone. I placed my order online and since is close to where i live i had my new tires deliver at the coral gables store to install in my car. The service is poor, customer service is at most horrible. schedule my car at 9am and left at 12:30pm with 3 tires instead of 4 as i had paid for. I admit one of the tire was defective; the customer service advisor EDDIE LARENA informed he could not install the tire b/c of the issue to which i understood. However 3 1/2 hours to install 3 tires with appointment. They do not keep tires is stock all tires have to be order so i had to wait 5 business days for the new order. I called to confirm if the tire had arrive i was placed on hold for 20 plus min. I decided to go to the store since is close to home, verified with EDDIE LARENA if my tire had arrive and he confirmed yes! asked me to bring the car in; This guy EDDIE is a joke, after 1 1/2 comes back an tells me that the tire is the same tire from last week which was defective that he has to order it. So just to sum up Im already 5 hours in total trying to get my tires, but this dude Eddie is a joke, i asked him if i can just pay for 4 and take my business to another place, HE SAID DO WHAT YOU WANT, IM OUT OF HERE!!! his shift was over a 4pm on 10/2/2015. Im not in the business of getting people fired and frankly if i could return the 4 tires i would. Asked for a manager for a credit on the one tire and took by business to Goodyear of Coral Gables. Please if you are a consumer thinking of doing business here, this is your warning!!!!

This Sears tire center has perfected the art of the old bait and switch. When you call for a quote on tires, a friendly, pleasant manager by the name of "Paul" answers and gives you a reasonable price and a total for your tires. When you get to the store, the same manager greets you and goes over the numbers and everything checks out fine. Then he asks repeatedly if you want the $60 warranty and you repeatedly say NO. Not interested. As in absolutely NOT. Then he thanks you and tells you he has to go and he will turn you over to a sales associate who will take your order. Thats when they spring up the Big Switch as unbeknownst to you, she adds the unnecessary warranty (that you had earlier rejected TWICE) and a bunch of exhorbitant fees to push up the price to almost $100 OVER the earlier quote. Unfortunately for me, I got distracted and forgot to ask for a DETAILED WRITTEN ESTIMATE thereby breaking my own rules. It wasnt until I got home that I realized I had been scammed. And by the way, the bill comes in tiny print so my advice would be to go in with your glasses or a magnifying glass PLUS a calculator and go over the numbers with a fine-tooth-comb in a WRITTEN estimate (dont ever take their word for it) before you sign anything. Dispute and negotiate ANYTHING that was not disclosed in their earlier price quote. Be prepared to WALK OUT if they try to BS you. Unfortunately for this store, they lost me as a customer for life and I will not be referring anyone there, obviously. Plus thanks to the awesome consumer POWER of the internet, now the whole world knows about their little bait and switch scheme. It is unfortunate that Sears would stoop so low as to play the same games Tire Kingdom has been using for years to scam customers. Avoid them BOTH.

Al momento de llegar todo parecía excelente, pero lo que se suponía que iban a tardar 40 minutos por un simple cambio de aceite, se convirtió en más de una hora y media, me ofrecieron hacer otros servicios, con un supuesto descuento, que debo reconocer que me equivoqué al aceptar porque al final me cobraron una fortuna, y el trabajo que supuestamente hicieron se demoró más de 2:30 horas. Y lo peor que al momento de entregarme el carro, algo tan simple y necesario como el sticker del cambio de aceite no lo pusieron, excusandose de que no tenían más, pero que no era necesario, ya que yo podía poner mi reloj de millas en 0 y al llegar a x número era ese el momento del cambio. Lamento el dinero y tiempo perdido en ese lugar, y lamento que pierdan clientes por la inoperancia y falta de responsabilidad al momento ds brindar un servicio...

let me start by saying... LOL, this place is a freaking joke !! took my car in at 8am to have one of my tires patched, due to having a nail in it. left the place at 8.10 am, after being told repeatedly it would be ready by 2 pm. got a txt message update at 8.20 am they had completed the check and i needed alignment as well... i agreed and one more time confirmed pick up at 2 pm. forward SIX HOURS, i get there at 2 pm, and as im getting there i see my car in the garage with my trunk open... i walk inside and told the guy im here to pick up my car, he checks in the computer and tells me its not ready yet... really? u only had six hours to patch a tire... he walks out to check on it. after waiting for ten minutes i walk outside and see my car still has the same low tire it had when i dropped it off. i asked if they had patched it already and the guy answered no, not yet thats when i lost it..., really? u had the car for six hours and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING had been done !! after asking why my trunk was open, which there was no reason for it since the only thing they had to do was to patch a tire, he could not answer that... i told him to get my car out and i wanted to talk to the manager... who was unavailable because he was out for lunch. how convenient. i managed to get the managers phone number, and after giving them a piece of my mind left WITHOUT ANY work being done. my car was just sitting there for six hours !! ridiculous, and unacceptable !! this place is the worst shop ive ever been to !! listen to me and save yourself a major headache and go somewhere else !! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME !! dont know how they even have a one star rating... ?? this place sucks !!

Por experiencia personal que tuve en este lugar con mi auto yo le reconmendaria pensarlo muy bien antes de llevar su carro a este lugar lleve su carro a cualquier lugar menos a este son anti profesionales las lines de espera son inmensas y no por la cantidad de gente si no por el mal trabajo y el personal no calificado que tienen trabajando créame aleje su carro de este lugar le dicen una hora y pierde su día ahí con su carro y con un muy mal trabajo por mi experiencia personal se lo recomiendo aleje su carro de aquí. Do not bring your car to this place the service is horrible, they are not professional and not qualified, the wait is immense almost a whole day I had a bitter experience and I do not want you to happen the same, do not bring your car to this auto center
