I had an amazing visit, everytime I go in there its an amazing visit! Great customer service, I recently had a glass water bong broken at 9 p.m. I was certain that I would be waiting til the next day to get one but they were open! Their hours are amazing and they became life savers. As for their customers service goes its amazing, I told the gentleman that I was looking for a replacement within the 60$ range, next thing I know hes rambling on about all the different pieces he has, telling me the differences and the pros and cons. Its as if he had it down to a science, after he was done he backed off and let me sit there drooling over which one I wanted. After about 5 mins I saw my love and he replies "very good choice and nice colors" he also told me tips and tricks so I can make my baby Last 4 years to come. BEST PLACE IN TOWN!!!

Horrible place. Maybe if the employees werent just watching movies one employee in particular is the worst. He is a taller heavier set guy that has bad hygiene and customer service skills. The pipes are decently priced but you definitely have to inspect the pieces really well because of multiple pipes with cracks that are on the shelves and when brought to the attention of the employee it is shaken off like its no big deal and put back on the shelf. The store has the ability to be really successful with different employees.

Went In asked For a specific product they didnt have that in stock so they sold me something else and told me it was what I wanted and when I got to the parking lot I realized it wasnt walked back in the store and said this isnt what I was looking for he said oh well I dont have that in stock and there is a no return policy... not even 5 minutes after they sold me the wrong product guy tells me Im outta luck sry bud so thats my review

Awful store. Not only was the employee not knowledgeable about the product he sold. (A vaporizer pen,) but he lied about having replacement parts in stock, his advice on use of the product caused it to break within 5 hours of purchase. Upon returning, I was offered simply a sorry, no reimbursement, no advice, no information on when spare parts may or may not arrive... This store is horrible. Avoid at all costs.

My husband bought a e cigarette and the charger broke , I took it back a few days later a nd they told me No Return Policy. Really ????? He gave me another charger and it stop working after a day,They will not stand behind there merchandise, we spent $80 in that store and had to buy another type of e-cig some where else, Beware !!!

Good sized store, most smoke shops are cramped and feel uncomfortable when there are even a few customers. The guy that works there knows his stuff, very helpful. Shame some other people had bad experiences, because I have nothing but good things to say.

I dont understand the low reviews on this place.i almost didnt go there because of them.the kid was super friendly and helpful.he custom made my liquid and I will definitely come back for more. Thanks so much.

Brian is great, so friendly and helpful! He set my fiance up with a vape that actually works to help him quit cigs. My only complaint is the cooler isnt cold so our soda was hot.

Would just like to see more brands of shisha. Store is nice. The guys there are always helpful. Store is clean and the hours are convenient.

Why do they have a Google number as a phone. Question is do they sale K 2
