BUYERS BEWARE !!! I have frequented this shop several times, and use to be a fan. I dont know if under new management or what but has done a complete 180 in service and product, but this is THE WORST : After spending almost 200 bucks in cigars and paying cash I asked the cashier to purchase a right that had a 29.99 price tag on it. He whispers to his girlfriend as he grabs it and , in one motion, spins around and peels the price tag off with his thumb, than tries to ring it up for 59.99 .. I was dumbfounded at how stupid he thought I was.. after point out the other 3 in clear view he rang it up for the right price... the next time I returned he tried the same thing with a high end lighter, and then tried to throw something at me when I called him on it. 2 other middle eastern guys came out the back and asked me not to say anything about this.. ummmmm no.. imma tell the world.. watched them closely if you still decide to go.

Staff lie. Bought 2 bottles of vapor juice and a box of 5 coils today. I asked if the coils were 1.8 ohm and he said yes 1.8. I get home, in Elgin, and find out neither bottle of juice was the flavors I asked for and the coils were 2.2 ohm not 1.8. Tried calling them several times only to get FAX machine. I WILL be going back tomorrow as soon as they open for a refund or the correct merchandise.
