I am a nearby business owner and new to the area. Searched for a cigar shop and this place popped up. First visit was fine. needed to replace my lighter and they had some nice Xikars so I purchased one for $35. Owner tells me that it has a lifetime warranty and if I have any issues to just bring it back in and he will gladly take care of it. Well, the cap became extremely use after just a couple uses and I took it back. I showed the owner and he waves me out the door saying "not my problem, contact company" over and over again. Real class act.

My husband and I went the other day. My husband asked for a certain kind of cigar. He was told to go the Breadsmith, which is next door, and ask someone there. Seriously. You run a cigar shop and want us to go to the bakery to ask about the product you sale. The next time we went in we just wanted butaine. $5, not that bad, but the guy, owner Im guessing since it was the same guy as last time, told us it was a $10 minimum for debit. There is no customer service. Stay clear and go elsewhere.

If you are looking for a cigar shop to kick back and relax, this is the place to go. Head on over to Palmetto Breeze and settle into their cozy lounge area with the fine leather seating and enjoy a great cigar. Ive meet some cigar aficionados and have had some good conversations as well. Palmetto Breeze offers a large screen television for you to enjoy while youre there, they also have a bar. A great selection of Cigars and accessories. And great customer service!

These people just stare at you and when I asked a question they were incredibly rude and were angry that I even asked, they seem to know nothing about how to speak to people. Over charged on their pipes. No help in recommendations for anything, even when asked, just told to go look myself. P.s. dont listen to them about their "new employees" this is a total lie. Same people every time. If they did hire any, they probably quit due to the owners being such rude people.

The "customer service" is abismol. I have never been in a store and felt so unwelcome and I was dealing with the owner. He has a get something now or get out kind of attitude. He doesnt greet you when you come in and then if you ask a question good luck getting an answer because he cant understand you and you cant understand him. The owner should not be in any kind of business that involves interacting with people.

Very unwelcome atmosphere. The owners just stare at you the whole time as if youre there to steal from them. Dont bother asking a question or asking for a recommendation, as it is a major inconvenience to these folks to have to interact with you. And dont you dare go in there in a good mood and try to laugh. "Joe Blows" review from a year ago is still very relevant.

The humidor I purchased is broken on the inside. The lady who barely speaks English was very rude with me when I tried to return it. She went crazy on me. They will not refund or exchange the product. Do not go there unless you want to get ripped off!!

I had been searching everywhere for La Nox by La Flor Dominicana and this place had them! Ashton, Padron, Gurkha.. excellent selection of cigars and all fresh. Thumbs up for this place.
