First off, Id like to say thanks for allowing me to come sit and smoke for hours on end, I felt more like a friend rather than just another customer, lol The service was great, Trevor and James were always making sure I had what I needed. They were very friendly, and very professional. Adam, I think?, Was great, he was just super cool and on top of things, and I mean, he had a parrot, which was obviously the best part. My only complaint, however was that I wish the hours ran later than 9, but I cant complain too much considering how awesome everyone was lol and being the avid hookah smoker that I am Id have to say that k-moon hookahs were a nice touch, Over all Id say that Blaze smoke shop gives you quality hookahs, shesha, pipes, and service; and I know that next time im in the area I will only go to Blaze for my hookah needs. (:

Amazing customer service! I came to blaze looking for a new water pipe. I decided to purchase the surprise bag for $50 without knowing whats inside. And received a water pipe valued at $80 and easily over $150 of other items(Cant tell you everything, its a surprise). So I was already beyond happy with my purchase. But when I got home I realized there was a small hole, obviously from the manufacturer in my bong. So I called blaze and they had me bring it in. The guys looked at it and told me theyll make it right with me. Which they did. With a $160 water pipe I cant believe how superior their service is compared to other smoke shops in Brevard. This is my new home for anything smoke/vape related. Thanks guys!

Recently visited Blaze Smoke Shop Cocoa Beach while on vacation. The people were very nice and helped with item selection. An item which was purchased had a slight malfunction. When I called to see about a possible remedy, I spoke with Adam after I sent him a picture of handle of a grinder I had purchased. He promptly thought I should receive a new item, at no cost to me. He then shipped the item to me and it was received WITHIN 1.5 business days. I cant say enough about their service and wholly recommend Blazes Shop in Cocoa Beach. Thanks Again!

This is by far the biggest and baddest smoke shop in Brevard. There are so many items to choose from and you cant beat the prices here. This is the perfect place to chill and enjoy a hookah or if you need a good laugh. The staff is very professional and knowledgable about their products and you can tell they care about their customers. I have been to a lot of shops around here and they are dirty but not this one! Thanks guys for the great shop! Brevard needs it.

This store feels like home every time i walk in , the staff is very friendly and the prices are way better than anyone around. The selection is great the only thing that upsets me is that they close at 10pm i wish they would open to midnight. Other than that i will never shop anywhere else , best selection of e juice and the prices are 40% cheaper than anyone else around , i used to buy my juice online but i get better prices at this store.

Best smoke shop in Brevard! By far the best customer service, I was greeted immediately when entering store and had great service the entire time! Huge selection of unique items and at the best price around. I enjoyed everything from the eccentric decor, to the wide variety of items, some things you would never think to find! And...my favorite part the cutest talking parrot ever! Thanks blaze smoke shop for an excellent experience!

Great environment! You will never see a smoke shop like this. They literally have everything you need. Great prices and much better than ordering online. They also have these "Mystery Bags" which I get anytime it goes on. A big bag with a bunch of products that you do not know. It is very exciting to come home and see what you got! The customer service is great and the music is good. They even make you free hookahs if you ask.

Cheap glass, not worth a penny. Was given a gift and tried to exchange for something I wanted/needed and they claimed it was used... then if it was used they are selling used products. Dont shop here take the 10 minutes drive south to satellite beach in the Plaza by Tootsies there is an awesome shop, they have quality products great prices and most of all Customer Service.

This is honestly one of the nicest shops Ive been too in Florida. Huge selection of products and the shop is very clean. By clean I mean everything is displayed perfect & is shelves are full. All the workers were friendly and helpful, they really knew their stuff. When I went in they were giving away Bubblers too! Also has a sitting area outside that looked cool.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Store sells defective products that it will not warranty. Bought a vaporizer yesterday, the unit literally overheats and fires hot oil, and the staff and owners offered no replacement or fix. Said sorry you used it. I will never shop here again due to extreme lack of service. I will make sure to tell everyone not to shop here.
