This shop gave me the worst customer service. I havent been in many smoke shops so I wanted to look around. Then the guy behind the counter started to get very irritated that I was looking around for a whole 5 minutes. And when I read the price tag wrong and asked him to repeat it he immediately got rude and even announced that I was wrong in an attempt to embarrass me. I havent been to natty vibes but I HIGHLY recommend high life. I have always had two amazing employees and they are there to help you but not make you feel pressured to make a purchase. One employee even paid for my pipe screens because he forgot to ring it up. So I would avoid purple haze and go to a more friendly atmosphere such as high life.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP!!! Rude, uneducated, and argumentative staff. Nearly every time I have walked in this establishment, the one employee has been talking on their cell phone in the middle of the store, telling their friends to "hold on, Ive got a customer" before setting their phone down. Furthermore, conflict resolution is something this business knows nothing of. Go to Natty Vibes or High Life instead, they will take care of you and fix any issues you may encounter quickly and hospitably. AGAIN, AVOID Purple Haze AT ALL COSTS!!

Went here to get my nose pierced back in August. Staff was nice, piercing place in general was super clean and their selection not just on piercing jewelry but other stuff alone was great too. I do recommend going at the time the shop opens because they do get crowded really fast as they dont take appointments!

Terrible service. The associate proceeded to help all his friends without even acknowledging my presence. I had planned on making a purchase, but walked out after waiting for 10 minutes. Im sure Ill find what I need cheaper on Amazon anyway.
