I am in this store everyday and they always have just what I need! Their chicken tender sub is the best. My absolute favorite. Less than a week ago, I was with my mother, ordering subs and all of a sudden, I got lightheaded and dizzy, I started sweating profusely, but I was cold and I almost passed out. My mom (who is a medical assistant) had no idea what to do. She was freaking out. An employee (not sure of their name) ran and had the manager call 911. Someone from bakery (Sean) ran right over and checked my pulse and vitals. After calling 911, a male manager (not sure of his name) ran over and stayed with me, until the ambulance got there and kept talking to me to make sure I was okay. I wish I could rate them more than 5 stars!

I cant describe how frustrating it is to have the best supermarket up the street from us and it is a complete disaster of a store. This place fails us more than fifty percent of the time whether it be the deli, they do not know how to read online orders or fill them at all. Sometimes you’ll get a sorry we got busy with customers or you must have place it at the wrong store. LOL, this location is a JOKE! Wish we could be by our old winn dixie again…yeah winn dixie. At least we got what we paid for there.

I was just at the Publix on Waters where I was made one of the best subs Ive ever had. On top of how awesome my sub was, its creator was a superb employee. His name is Brandon and in our short discussion he told me he worked at this Publix and was at the Waters location temporarily. I just want your management staff to know how he did a great job in our interaction and made me an excellent sandwich. I plan on making the extra commute to come to his regular place of work to get my subs.

Dont get me wrong, I generally love Publix. But not this one. On several occasions, Ive bought out of date frozen goods here. They dont carry several items here that are carried at every other Publix, quite common items in fact. Finally, every time I come here, somebody is tryibg to hit me up for money. Ill go elsewhere from now on.

Their deli was on dirty dining, supposedly the food is not at proper temperatures and the subs come with insects, which is disgusting. Ive been eating from their deli almost daily for 2 years, Im not at all comfortable with the thought of how many insects theyve fed me.

Very poor ,deli employee seems to be a RACIST. every time I come in, to purchase something from the dime she always wrap container with plastic. But the previous customer she doesnt do this . I am piss the hell off. . am going to post this to all media out lets

My brother works as s cashier here, but hes one of the best. They recently renovated the entire store keeping it up-to-date with the times. Publix has the best subs, the cheapest prices for what theyre worth.

I like this Publix, but it does get busy especially the deli around lunch, consider ordering online first if you want a sub.
