Love Aldis no-nonsense approach to food retail. No extras, no distractions, no puffed-up prices. Just good food, lots of organic choices, super-fresh produce--and weekly specials that really knock the competition right out of the arena. Have shopped them ALL over the years and Aldi has been the most positive experience of all. For those who imbibe, the small but varied selection of sensibly priced alcoholic beverages will be a solid bonus. Dont forget to try the chocolate, jellies, organic milk, inexpensive cheeses and meats. You are sure to find personal favorites while saving money hand over fist. The staff may not as servile as some may wish but they are fast and efficient and will usher you through that line with an efficacy that puts the other guys north and south of Aldis to shame. But if you want to pay more and wait longer to complete your food shopping tasks, by all means--skip Aldi.

The overall cleanliness and order that is expected at Aldi seems lacking at this location. The cart I used (and deposited a quarter for using) had a wheel that the rubber had peeled from but as a solid ring still turning, which made pushing it difficult. Items inside the store werent priced (shredded cheese, artisan lettuce, etc) and I was nearly run over three separate times by an employee while shopping. I also had to dig under empty boxes to try and find items. Upon checkout, I was sent to two separate aisles, and then told to wait, as the cashier walked away. She returned with a package of jerky that she sat down and started eating. I felt like I was bothering her. I feel the customer service is now lacking and the physical appearance of the store has declined. Feeling dissapointed. Aldis prices and quality are excellent, though.

Here is My Reason for 1 Star. If You have a Disability...forget it...unless you make a stink. There is no Help available on the floor at this store. When I finally found someone. They helped me, but I was the one making smalltalk, like Hello, etc. Also, The Manager Here is A Woman, Do not know her Name who was there tonight, but She was very snippy and Short not only with her coworkers but with customers. Including Me. No smile just a scowl. NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS ALDI. I LOVE your Store...but PLEASE check the Attitudes of Your Managemnet team. There was a Very sweet Man who Helped me with My Groceries after I asked for help. But He had to ask for permission! He was a Doll. Again, Please Aldi...be aware of the ADA, as well. Check those Attitudes...PLEASE. Thank You.

While I was there I wanted to purchase 3 cases of cherries. Once I had them in my cart I noticed a few employees following me around the store, but no one approached me. When I got to the register the cashier and store manager angrily and condescendingly told me that I could only purchase one case of cherries. When I asked if I could buy one case, and my husband buy another, the manager yelled that we couldnt, and that is was store policy that we could only buy one at a time. There was no sign saying that there was any limit to the amount of cherries we could purchase and there were many more cases available for other people to buy. ok Wed 5:12pm is it ok if I come by now, I have to run out to pick up dinner Chat Conversation End Type a message...

We visited this Aldi a few months ago. GREAT Store-BUT....RUDE checkout woman here, and we mean VERY RUDE in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS!! In our mid 60s now, our memories arent what they once were. But the way this checkout girl threw-And I mean THREW-Again-ALL CAPITALS-Our groceries into our cart, my wife said "I remember her the last time we were here". I agreed, I remembered her, too. Otherwise, there is no way we would have remembered this particular checkout person. She should try out for Quarterback position at the Bucs mini-camp! Dont laugh-Im serious! With an ARM (see above for capital letter explanation!) like she has, shes got a good shot!!! What an ARM !! You can take this one to the bank: We will NEVER come back to this particular store again.....

I love Aldi so much I drive from Spring Hill just to shop there. They save me a ton of money and despite what I have been reading in these comments the staff has always been friendly and helpful. For a small store they have a wide selection of merchandise and I always find what I need at a more than reasonable price. I prefer aldi over any other grocery store and cant wait until the one opens here. There is this one smaller girl there (I think name was jenn) who is always working hard and yet still smiling and helpful! To sum up, awesome staff here, great prices, variety and very clean. Why go anywhere else?

Smallest Aldi I have ever seen, Nothing like the ones in St. Pete. For the size they pack in a lot of stuff. Trust me, I am always cranky in a grocery store. Just moved to Port Richey in July, A lot of my fav stores arent available. Like Target , free standing starbucks with outside tables. Aldi post recalls right on their website, making the food feel much safer. Other stores just slap a sticker on the meat saying cook thoroughly when there is a possible contamination. Cashiers are speedy Gonzales fast and there is much more trust than in the St Pete stores. Giving it more of a safe feeling.

Aldi is awesome. Great prices and fantastic quality. The problem? They cant keep their shelves stocked. Many times Ive ran in for a particular item and they have been completely out. Examples: crystal light (their version), coffee creamer, brown sugar, tortilla chips,Tissues, toilet paper.....these are not uncommon items. They need to learn how to keep up with the demand.....Its frustrating and then requires a second trip.

No staff on floor and if there is staff they are always moving fast in the other direction. Not much of a selection. Typical Aldi store just as in the rest of the country. I only shop for the basics when I run out of something. This is not my go to store for food. Aldi feels like a dimly lit warehouse and not a place I want to spend any time in. I alwyas feel crowded in with shoppers and just want out as soon as I get in.

Everything Ive gotten there is good. Yuppies dont shop at ALDI, which is another good reason to shop there. A lot of their food is natural, no artificial flavoring or coloring, the stuff other stores charge more for. Get a whole cart of good stuff here, or get 2 little bags of stuff at Publix for the same price. Your choice.

Its better to visit early morning or in the late afternoon if you want to find a parking spot and cart area needs to be a bit cleaner. Everyone is friendly . Sometimes they stock during the busiest time of the day and it makes it hard to maneuver around the aisles.

Same quality items as the Holiday store but they were out of a lot of things and had rotten produce in bottom of bins when we went. Maybe was just a bad day but looked like it was not well stocked and smelled bad of rotten produce.

Great prices, good food. Dairy, snacks, cereal and lunch meat is worth it compared to Publix. They have seasonal items like summer, grill and beach items now. Fall they will have autumn and dorm items.
