I called earlier in the day to hold a blue and gold submariner. Tammy was the sales person holding it. When I went in between 4/5pm as I told her when I gave her the deposit, she was working with a client and said shed be right with me. After awhile it did give me a bad taste in my mouth so I asked another associate if I could at least take a look at the watch and try it on while she was still helping the other customer. I was going to let that roll of and give them the benifit of doubt. Then I ask what year the watch is so Tammy ask the "manager" and he tells her to check her email for the info and she YELLS across the gallery in front of everyone and says "if I could check my emails I would have done that already!" I felt very uncomfortable at this point. Then another customer came in looking for the same watch. In the middle of doing business with me and doing the financing the gentlemen who said he was the "manager" ask me if Im sure that I want this watch and that it does not come with the box and I need to decide at this very split second if Im going to get the watch because if not he is going to sell it to the other couple. I was furious at this point, Im about to make a 10,000 purchase and this is how Im treated I felt like he was very disrespectful and rude. So I make a split decision as to the fact that I really wanted this watch (keep in mind theres 3 of the same at the Clearwater location that the other customer could have bought.). Then once we finish financing Tammy tells me she can only approve 3,500. (Keep in mind I just opened a mayors credit for a Rolex with a limit of 18,000 and made no purchase) theres no reason I shouldnt have been approved for the full amount unless she entered my income or social wrong. So being I still want this watch I ask if they could please give me some personal space and let me decide if I want to just use a visa that I already have to cover the difference and again the managers hounding me telling me if Im not going to buy the watch that the other buyer is ready. At this point I was completely over the international diamond center and felt I couldnt even trust the name they had very little knowledge of the Rolex as well. Difficulty answering my questions. So I left the store drove 15 minutes to the mayors rolex store and bought a brand new Rolex. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

I took my Rolex day date i(solid 18k yellow gold with champagne dial) to the dale mabry location because the site says they pay highest price for used watches. I walk in and look at the same exact watch as mine in their showcase listed for $14,500. Theirs is 4 years older and was in rough condition with an extremely worn band. I tell a worker that im looking to sell my watch so he proceeds to examine my watch (which is in fantastic condition and 4 years newer than theirs). He asks me what im trying to get for the watch and i told him$12,000. He tells me he cant give me any more than $7,500!! The website that referred me to this jeweler stated that i would receive $11,500 for my watch. I showed the man the website and he says i need to "leave some meat on the bone." Thats when i said theres no way i could take such a low price for my pristine watch, thats when he says "i wish i would have known you wouldnt take a low price for your watch, i would have never examined it (basically telling me i wasted his time in a rude manner). As i was walking out of the store i asked what his bottom dollar he would take on his same model and he tells me to get out of his store. i said excuse me? so will you sell me your watch for $8,000 cash now? thats a $400 profit for you. He then says theres no way in hell he could do that and proceeds to tell me to leave. I was astonished by the rudeness of the worker i encountered and suggest taking business to any other location. Be warned they are crooks that obviously mark up their product by 100% or more. I understand having to cut deals and turn a profit but 100%+ return? Im not upset about the lowball offer since that is typical in this trade, it was the manner in which it was handled that blew my mind. Ive never been told to leave a store before for asking questions. If you are looking for a pre-owned rolex and you go to these crooks be aware that the prices are marked up 100% or more so dont get ripped off if they tell you they cant work a GREAT deal for you.

My husband, then fiancé, and I stopped in IDC to look at engagement rings. I went first without him and a second time with him. When I walked in the store, Bobbie immediately greeted me and made me feel welcome. She offered me something to drink and we proceeded to discuss the type of ring I would love to have. She directed me to a case where I found the engagement ring of my dreams! I had no idea what size ring I wore so she helped find my size and explained the aspects of the ring to me. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. She wrote everything down and took multiple pictures in case we needed to recreate the ring (since I had chosen an estate ring and it was a "one-of-a-kind"). A few months later, my husband went to pick out a ring, unbeknownst to me, and also worked with Bobbie. She led him to the case where my ring was (thank goodness) and asked which one he thought Id like. He chose it (after some slight guidance by Bobbie), and proceeded to purchase it. We both received the best customer service while at IDC and it was all thanks to Bobbie. She was welcoming, knowledgeable and very professional. We enjoyed our interaction so much that we bought our wedding bands from her along with a pair of diamond studs. I would definitely recommend IDC, and especially Bobbie, if youre looking for a professional, yet thoughtful place to buy your jewelry.

I cant say enough about our expense with Adam and the fantastic staff at International Diamond Center. We have been looking to replace my wedding and engagement ring for some time now (6+ years) but never found that"aha" moment or ring until we came here. It was more then just the ring that made it perfect, it was the staff too. The feeling of no pressure or gimmicks and not your average chain store feeling. Adam takes a geniune interest in you as a person and not just a sales number. He spent the time to know us a couple and what my likes and needs were. He is honest and sincere and took the time to really educate us in the world of diamonds. That day we found that special ring that was my "aha moment" we bought the engagement ring but couldnt find that "just right" diamond for it. Adam has keep in touch with us over the past three months and has found us that "perfect" diamond. He is a great guy both personally and professionally; we will always remember this experience! Every person I came in contact with at IDC had the same impression on me; it seems they take the time to hire the right people and train them well. As a company I feel they have strong values and will stand up to them, I highly recommend IDC to anyone who wants a personalized, professional, knowledgeable and memorable experience!
