This independent bookstore adheres to the rule of "quality over quantity." They offer a number of interesting options for those in the market for new books, and the employee recommendations are sublime. If youre looking for used books, however, youll either have to search through the belongings of the employees (an endeavor that will invariably be met with suspicion and incredulity) or go to a different bookstore.

This is a great book store with a wonderful atmosphere and extremely friendly and helpful people. If you want a bookstore experience different from the mega book stores and a place where the folks truly love books, I highly recommend Inkwood. There are numerous great events and authors either at the bookstore or sponsored by it.

This is a charming little bookstore loaded with all the latest great reads. I was impressed because we found a number of books by African/African-American authors. Very friendly staff. In addition, this is South Tampa and the area is walkable. I like that I can hop over to the Publix Greenwise that is directly across the street.

Inkwood Books is a magical place! I am a nanny and I love taking the kids here. I think it is so important in the technological age that we live in today to instill a love for books that you can physically hold in your hand, turn the page and take off a dusty old shelf to enjoy again and again. Inkwood books is a gem!

Inkwood has a friendly, helpful staff and a great selection of books. I love the recommendations and book reviews sprinkled throughout the store. They also carry books I would not have found at a big box retailer. I just love this place and look forward to going back!

Many new books, and a kids section. NPR was playing when we walked in but it switched to music. Small selection of prints made from different literary works which I thought were cool. No used books.
