5 Stars because of Jacob R. at the Starbucks Cafe in this B&N. His upbeat personality and friendliness is the BEST Ive ever experienced at any star bucks. I was looking for a latte, but wanted to avoid the caffine as much as I could, and sugar....New dietary restrictions blah blah blah... Anyway, he was super helpful in suggesting to me a Chai Latte, being that there is about 2/3rds the caff. as a reg. Latte, and was courteous through out the whole process. Its really great to be served by someone who is spot on with their customer service like Jacob. Otherwise, I had a very different experience with some of the staff on the floor. Seemed they were all tired? Stressed out? (Customers can tell, guys!) Just saying, makes people feel unwelcome. And I get it, big, cozy fluffy chairs invite campers and snoozers....but really, is it a conspiracy that the only decent chairs in the whole place for customers are tucked away in the school book section? blugh. Get some more, thats ridiculous. 5 stars for your Baristo - Otherwise, Id give this place a fair 4. Good book selection.

Bookstores are hard to come by, so this by default a good location if you want to go to a bookstore. However the infrastructure of this location is long overdue for an upgrade. The WiFi is always incredibly slow and the only electrical outlet isnt even located in the Starbucks section - its located off to the side and is situated underneath one of the tables in the middle of the floor. People working on laptops have to take turns plugging into the outlet (which is falling apart from overuse). If the electrical outlet accessibility and WiFi issues were addressed, I would rate this location with a solid FIVE stars. The staff is friendly and there is always a massive amount of parking both in the front and in the rear of the building.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, typical but de-lish Starbucks coffee & etc. HOWEVER! Be warned! If you have a Starbucks gift card, this lovely establishment will NOT accept it! I was told (of course, only AFTER placing & receiving my order) that they are not a Starbucks, but a Barnes & Noble that just happens to serve Starbucks coffee (say wha...???). They will accept B&N gift cards, but not Starbucks. (seems kinda kooky to me) Its not posted in public view, so it almost seems like they dont want you to know:) So anyways, just a little FYI for any gift card holders BEFORE you stand in line & have them make your bevie, then go to pay & get embarrased : Thats when a Starbucks isnt really a Starbucks.

Came in to browse their selection of books, ended up getting one of their collectible books. The cashier (a short haired blonde girl with glasses) was fantastic, great personality very helpful. The Starbucks on site was ok, the drink I got was pretty good, but the cashier seemed distracted/disinterested in my order. The bookstore had a large selection of books in a multitude of subjects and had fairly good prices (the other Barnes and nobles in Greenville had slightly better deals in my experience, this one places a higher emphasis on being a member than that one does). All in all, a fairly good bookstore to browse and maybe find something you werent expecting.

Just wanted to say that this is one of the best stores ive been to in a long time! Their customer service is excellent and every employee thats working acts like they love their job and is there to help. You dont get much of that nowadays. Judith and Ashley (front counter today and yesterday) were nice and helpful when i went back to exchange an item. Those are the kind of employees and this is the kind of store that makes taking a trip with kids worth it! I 100% recommend this store to everyone!

It was an awesome experience. The girl (Miss Lee) was very helpful to my husband and I explaining us about the Barnes and Noble rewards program. She was very patient. She spent time with us to explain about all the benefits as members. Also, the guy at the Customer Service counter assisted me to order a book. He was very helpful too. Im very pleased with their customer service.

I didnt have a great experience. A male employee that was working in customer service was rude to me. This is my first time visiting this Greenville South Carolina store. However it was two cashiers that went above and beyond to make sure I was in the right section of the store, and that you had the books that I needed in stock.

This is a fun place to take my little girl. They have a mini Starbucks/Cheesecake Factory to grab a quick bite and then a huge kids section to browse. I do find that they are a little pricey, though - they offer a brand of toys that run at half the price at Target!

Love bookstores. Cafe can be packed at times and people arent conscious of how many seats they take up. Just wish they would take Starbucks gift cards and brewed something other than medium or dark roast. Large book selection. Still too many Bibles.

"Where are all the good men dead, in the heart, or in the head". Take your children here and explain to them what the place is; it is very likely that when they grow up places like this will be gone. Its a shiny remnant of a by gone age.

I went into the store to purchase a Gordon Lightfoot CD. They only had one that had all 3 of my favorite songs. If you could read my mind , Sundown , and Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald . I wanted to find the earlier versions of the songs.

This is my favorite Barnes and Noble location in the area. Its a bigger store than the woodruff rd location and has a greater selection. Its usually not as busy as the other location either, and there are less traffic hassles.

My daughter and I love this place! Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff can be found here! If you cant find what youre looking for in the store, they will do their best to find it online and have it shipped to you.

Sand In Their Eyes is the best true and authentic story youll ever read. Fair warning for those who cant handle the truth. A harsh real life survival of a family escape from post Vietnam War.

People forget about this location because of Greenridge. Lots of stuff winds up on sale because they dont have the foot traffic they used to. I have gotten some great books on the low here.

Just so happened to stop by this store while passing through, it was so nice to an actual Barnes and Noble again. As always I found what I was looking for and even a few things I was not.

It is what you would expect it to be: a Barnes and Noble. The selection of books here is good however I did notice a few things missing that I was looking for or curious about.

This is a smaller Barnes and Noble but they do have a music and movies section unlike most other locations. It has quite a selection of new vinyl and CDs.

Nice place. Took my daughter there and it was very quite and had areas to review the books before purchase. We also made use of their barista
