I love Barnes & Noble and I adore this bookstore. The employees are always friendly and helpful if you need assistance. There are lots of book (as is typical of a thriving bookstore) and I love how neat and organized the store is. I think the customers who frequent this store are mindful of their organization because I always see people return books to their rightful place. Im unable to tell if others dont because the book fairies are always arranging items if theyre not assisting a customer. The stores Starbucks is an added bonus and happens to be my favorite Starbucks as well. I only ever get the Mocha Frappuccino and of all the Starbucks Ive been to, theyre the only ones who make it to perfection. Ive never been disappointed and will often bypass the nearby drive-thru Starbucks for this one.

Poor Barnes & Noble, not adapting well to the digital age. Still a great place to buy a cup of good coffee and browse the latest and the greatest in the literary (and not so literary) world. They also offer music, DVDs, vinyl records (fairly good selection), pop culture stuff and a huge selection of young kids toys. Very little of what I just typed interests me, but it might interest you and shows this aging retail giant is at least trying to be relevant.

I am a junior at the University of Tampa, here in Tampa FL. I went to this bookstore all summer long for reading/coffee/lattes/scones, and loved the atmosphere and staff. The coffee nook is perfect, and the only advice I would give is to bring headphones if you dont enjoy human background noise (some people use the area purely for socialization). I still actually show up for study purposes, and I love it all the same. Stop by! Youll enjoy it.

Although I love local book stores, the novelty product I received was terrible quality and corporate refused to help even though this store is too far away to exchange or return the item. Customer Service said my only option was to drive there or buy another one online. Glad it was only a cheap item that broke instead of one of the $23 books I bought!

The store was clean and the staff are very warm and friendly here. Very helpful too. Unfortunately, I have made special trips in the past to purchase specific items only to find when I arrive that their stock count was incorrect and that they are completely out of the product. I feel its only fair to knock a star off for that.

The very best book store . great service, great people. They know books . Unlike books a million you can actually find help . If you remember boarders book store , they tried to copy Barnes and noble and Starbucks to seem cool but they faded away . Cant copy something this special . This company will be the one standing.

My favorite Barnes and Nobles! Its at a convenient spot right by the mall and its always very clean inside. The service is fantastic and they will always help you find what youre looking for! The top it off they have a Starbucks inside where you can sit back and relax. It offers Wi-Fi so its a perfect homework spot!

They dont always have the complete set of a series. Very frustrating! Ill find book 2 and 3 of a series I want to read but they wont have the FIRST. Or 1 and 4. Cant sell books THAT way. I would have purchased all 3 of a trilogy but if you dont have the 1st, whats the point! Im a member and I am very disappointed.

Barnes and Noble is as good as always! The prices are always good for long trips, and youll usually spend a while here, browsing for the books and items you want! It may not be two story, but it is very long, and very organized!

I think bookstores get the short end of the stick. They staff helped me find new titles I would not have known about. She even helped me to determine the best book selection out of some technology books that were on the shelf.

Too packed and too cluttered. Need to scale back on the floor displays. No seating for reading except small and crowded cafe area. Best selection for books in the area. Staff is top notch though! Best in the biz!
