I did business with this company for 15 years EXCLUSIVELY. I forgot to put in a discount code during a recent order and they refused to credit me the discount directly, only offered store credit. The wouldnt cancel the order outright either although it had just been placed the night before. Poor customer service for a loyal customer. Never again. There are tons of companies that do this. Use one that values its customers and has enough sophistication to process credits to a card.
