Wish I could give 10 stars to this company. From the receptionist to the tech, first class in every respect..... responsive, excellent follow-up and repaired my laptop better than new....and within less than 48 hours. What caught my eye first were the different major manufacturers they are partnered with. What I truly appreciated was being treated the way we used to be treated many years ago by a "family company". When you call, you get a knowledgeable and friendly person instead of a required dozen recorded prompts to get you to the "right party" and the nonsense about being recorded for quality purposes. A few Fortune 500 Companies today could learn from C&W.

DO NOT go here. They will rip you off. They were going to charge me 3 times the value of the part. They also LIED about the time of labor. They said it would take 2-3 hours to replace the part, costing me $138-207 for the labor. I took my computer somewhere else and it took only half an hour! Talk about a con job.
