Amazing!!!! My partner and I own a small 3D Architectural Rendering firm and have grown very quick over the last two years. We utilize computer software to make these accomplishments. After retaining three large Design Build projects our main computer driver was corrupted, obviously it was a stressful time costing thousands of dollars to us. I remembered "The Next Door Geeks" had repaired my laptop a year earlier and performed a great job that I use to this day. We took our situation to them and Joe, Noah and Gabriel were extremely sensitive to our predicament and Joe the owner took control of the situation and personally saw that our recovery of 100s of files and very expensive software were recovered at best. After two and a half weeks of carefully operating on our system he was able to recover not part but all of our programs and data.... saving our firm more than $10,000.00!!!! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable, when explaining the process and causes I had the deer in the headlights look, they are the best and will always use them wherever I am. I just wish I could package them all, I would be very wealthy!

I have been coming here for the last three years I want to say, and the customer service at this place is excellent. Their knowledge of programs ,computer software , and repairs has not failed me yet. They even suggest upgrades or if they feel that it is an unnecessary or not worth the repair visit they will actually tell you the truth Instead of trying to take you for a ride. Their prices are reasonable, and the turnaround time for repair is faster than I did expect. Their hours fit my schedule nicely as well. I have brought different types of computer here to be looked at and have always left with a working computer. Each time I went it was with different types of technical issues. As time went along I referred my family there. For ex: My computer crashed, I had a virus, I needed an upgrade, cleaning and even maintenance, they did it all. If you really want a reasonable price, integrity and a trustworthy store this is a good place to go. They care and have great customer service not to mention their convenient location. These guys are seriously the best. I came into work one day to find my computer wouldnt turn on. The power light would flash orange. The computer is not even 1 year old. So I brought it into Best Buy geek squad to have it looked at. The kid plugged it in, tried to turn it on, saw the light was orange and told me we must have had a power surge at my office and the computer mother board was fried. The kid told me it would be cheaper to buy a new computer than to have it fixed. Thankfully I brought it into Next Door Geeks to have a second opinion. They took the tower apart and after about 20 mins, the gentlemen told me everything was great, that I only had a loose memory and there was no charge for the repair. Wow!! Im so happy I found Next Door Geeks. From that moment on, I will never go anywhere else again for any computer repair. Thank you so much for your exceptional service and honest business. It is so appreciated.

I had the most excellent experience with Next Door Geeks. I needed my RGB cables replaced on my Toshiba laptop, it was 3 years old but still in good condition as it has a large 18.4 inch monitor on it. After bringing in my laptop they tested it and indeed it did need new RGB cable. They recommended an ssd card to speed up my computer so I thought it was a good idea as I use it all day for my business. They also recommended I get a Mozy account for back up. All of this was extremely helpful to me as my computer is my lifeline at work. I had all the work done and was extremely happy with the speed of my computer super fast now and they created the Mozy account for me.I would highly recommend the services of this company. They are very professional and they know what they are doing, I trust them and am referring my friends to them as well. They did my work in a timely manner as well. EXCELLENT job! I am currently enrolled in a computer literacy class and I needed to replace my computer screen ASAP....I googled computer repairs in my area and saw Next Door Geeks , I called around 9 pm at night and to my surprise someone answered the phone. The man on the phone was very pleasent to speak with ,I gave him a brief description of my lap tops issue and he advised me to bring it to the shop the next day for a free estimate .The next day when i brought my computer in I were greeted by two customer service friendly men they told I needed to replace my screen and that it would take 15 minutes....Well let me tell you ...I were out of there within 10 minutes and I recieved a discount....right now as I am typing I feel like I bought a new pc....Just imgaine having your computer screen replace faster than waiting at drive thru line for food...WHOA...thanks NEXT DOOR GEEKS....YOU THE BEST ......

These guys were Aces all the way from when I called them to discuss the problem with my computer to them helping me by walking my computer out to my car for me after they had repaired it. These gentlemen were so patient with any questions that I had, completely professional, extremely expeditious, and showed genuine concern for my work product and made sure that they recovered all my work files and restored my computer to the way it was before it crashed on me. They both set my worries at ease while my computer was being repaired by them. I was right smack dab in the middle of my job when my computer crashed, and I thought I would have to go back and redo three hours of work. They were able to recover all my files, which was years worth of work. I cant say enough about these guys. I would definitely go back to them and refer them to anyone and everyone.

I am amazed by and thankful for the professionalism and first-rate service of Next Door Geeks. Needless to say, I do not have much computer knowledge. The cable company installed a new access point for me but when that happened I lost my computer account. When I called Next Door Geeks they offered to help me remotely or if I brought it to them, I would receive a complimentary cleaning and compression of my hard drive. I chose to bring it to them. The service was very, very quick and now everything is running perfectly – they even explained ways that I can keep it working at the maximum ability. I highly recommend the Next Door Geeks… they have given me every reason to trust their technical know-how and their customer service was far better than I ever imagined. This place is awesome! I was heading out of town for a last minute trip and needed to back-up everything on my external hard drive. It was the day before, so I thought I was cutting it pretty close, you know? So I googled computer repair and found Next Door Geeks. I dropped my computer and hard drive off and they had it ready in a little over an hour. Talk about fast service! And they are super cheap. My mom has a computer guy that charges are an arm and a leg just to take a look at her computer, and Best Buy can take forever, so this was my first and best choice. They were very friendly, (great customer service), and didnt mind explaining things to me I didnt understand (computer geek jargon lol). I will continue to go to Next Door Geeks as long as they are in business.
