This last person has just lied about this small business. Isnt that just terrible? To be going against hard working people like Robert and Silvia? To say that the service is crap is just insulting and an awful lie. " its easy having couple of friends writing good stuff about you", if this is true, it is also true the other way around for this person. Not every single human being is going to get along with one another, but to lie about people you do not like is wrong and hateful. It is defamation. This person is not even a customer of theirs, it raises so many questions. And might i add that these friends are actual customers and have been kind enough to take time to write reviews, out of satisfaction and gratitude. When others give them five stars, they really are not lying about their service, seriously is not fair to have someone say things like these about good people. The store owners do connect with their customers, they share actual bonds with people they meet. They are professional, but can be very friendly. They are not rude, they are not aggressive to any of the customers. They are smart and really do work with people to find a resolution. I just cannot believe how someone can lie about people like this, it is just very disgusting to see. Robert and Silvia do everything they can to do the right thing and even sacrifice themselves for the business. They have sacrificed so so much for their business. And as someone that is close to them, i can say that they really are very caring and kind people. As the other person below has said, they remember many of their customers, if not all of them. They remember people since before they had even been Bross pc, probably before 2005 or so. I have been a good friend of theirs for many years and to have read such simple, awful, lies like those on a public website, it is just pathetic. Hopefully this person will feel ashamed to have made up lies about these people. They take everything that has to do with work very seriously and it is not right to have them suffer.

If you need your cd-r drive fixed, a malware removed, a hard drive made into external hard drive or a computer made from scratch, Robertos your man. This AMERICAN family operated business is honest, hard working, and besides being self taught (very impressive) is the only computer store option for my family and I in Miami. What a wonderful family as well. Its been 2 years since my last visit before my recent one and they still remember my mother and my name and face. Sometimes they give us discounts and at times have even helped us out on the house and never asked for anything in return. These are great people to know and are willing to take on just about any job related to computers. Definitely check them out if you need any repairs!

worse place to take your equipment, they dont fix it, they use your lap top components to fix something else and give you a temporary result that later on will cost you much more. They guy is aggressive and wont give you a guarantee. He wont work with you to find a resolution. Very expensive for what it is. Have the benefit of a doubt when you read all the reviews, its easy having couple of friends writing good stuff about you. This one is real, The service is crap.

Terrible from the beginning they kicked me out of the park stop thats for their customers assuming I wasnt going to their shop. If thats how they treat people from the beginning I would dare to enter that place again.

Im an It and I order a Seagate hybrid hard driver, they had none in stock for $120 and it took 3 days to get here plus they gave me 3 year warranty, Im super happy and will go back to them for any parts I ever need
