If you are a serious computer user or a business who depends on their hardware and software to grow their business, you should contact Charles Arruda as soon as possible. I am a retired international corporation president and chairman. I now am professionally involved as Executor for a multi-million dollar Estate and needed absolutely dependable and ethical support for my internet and desktop work. A little over 4 years ago, I found Charles and his company, I was badly infected by a malware known as Ransomware. Charles came within 20 minutes of my emergency call and solved my problem within 2 hours despite the fact that both HP and my corporate IT staff was unable to help me. I recently had a mother board failure. We called Charles from computer care. He arrived the same day and was very professional. He immediately went to work checking the computer. He told us what was wrong and offered us a reasonable rate. After speaking with Charles and hearing the options, we were very impressed, since we have dealt with other companies in the past that did not impress. Charles fixed the problem, updated our computers, transferred files, upgraded the memory, added better anti virus software and a office program that opens all files instantly. We feel extremely happy now to have met Charles. He does what he says and listens to your concerns. I would recommend Charles to family and friends.

I had a problem with USB ports not working and web page loading was very slow or did not load at all on my Asus laptop. Charles investigated the problems on site. He spent about an hour checking the various potential sources of the problem, including looking at the wireless router. He determined that the Windows 7 software on my computer was corrupted and would have to be reloaded. This was done over the weekend and my machine was up and running like new on Monday. Charles is very thorough and works quickly to identify a problem and get it corrected. He also clearly explains the cost of different approaches so you can make a good decision regarding repair alternatives.

I had several viruses on my laptop and needed it fixed as soon as possible for school. Charles was quick to set up an appt and was flexible with my schedule. Very nice and easy process. In a few hours he fixed my laptop and was very knowledgable. I can finally use my laptop again, running fast with no issues and he added anti virus protection! Thank goodness I found someone i can trust and makes the whole process hassle free! Will go to him again if needed. When in panic mode call Charles. One time he just gave me instructions on the phone at no charge about a year ago. This week my work computer went blue. He was able to look at it remotely and within 2 days I brought it in and it is running like new! Very quick and affordable. After I picked up my PC my laptop acted up and again one phone call and it was all fixed. When you depend on your computers for work it is important to trust someone. Had to have the Graphics card on my ASUS laptop replaced. I called around before calling him and most places wouldnt even touch it because they have never done or had great results with changing a graphic card. The ones that were willing wanted over $100 but Charles did it for way less and did extra for the same price he quoted me. My laptop is now running great and i couldnt be any happier. Hes probably the only honest person that actually knows what they are doing.

Cant get any better than that! I selected Charles because of the excellent reviews and I feel that he lives up to the excellence. I was looking around for a repair shop after my computers driver got fried during a rollback from windows 10 to 7. I called a few places but Charles was the only one who seemed to have not only some good reviews but decent pricing as well. After meeting him and letting him handle my computer, I can say that he is good at his job,fair with his prices and a nice guy as well. Our laptop screen cracked and I called Arruda Computer Care to see if they fix laptop screens. Charles called me back within minutes and directed me on what I needed to do and gave me flexible options as far as what day and time would work well for me to drop off the laptop. Long story short is, Charles did an amazing job and very quick! If I have any other issues with my Computers in the future, Charles will be me first call.
