I must say that I was impressed, Mr. Virutec has a home office, I was kinda skeptical at his low prices advertised on facebook. I saw an ad for $200 for an SSD upgrade on a macbookpro. First I went to best buy and they wanted $179 for the Solid State Drive that was advertised on Virutecs website. So my skepticism was about the time it would take to clone my old drive to the new, and the price that it would cost. I kept waiting for "Well the price is actuallly!" but it never came. You see I am used to the whole bait and switch tactics because I used to be in sales. I kept asking the Tech, Jason, so you mean to tell me the price you quoted is the price out the door? He looked confused. Then I thought maybe I am going to get one over on this guy. Jason, who I find out iis the owner, tells me "look, its $125 for the part and $75 for the labor" no catch, no fine print! OK. heres the end result. I was planning on paying $250, but paid the actual quote of $200. so i took the extra $50 and bought me a bottle of crown royal. Yes I am lit up. I think i am rambling on. they said $200 and it was $200. I did call a couple other places in town Specifically Port St Lucie Computer Repair, and he tried to say virutec was a rip off. Now I can see why he would hate on his compitition. Virutec is way cheaper, and way better Virutec all the way in my book.!!

I wasnt sure what was wrong with my Dell laptop. I took it to 2 other places first. One said I needed $600 in repairs including a mother board, hard drive, and some other things. The second said I needed a new CPU, memory and some other things for $500. Then a friend suggested that I take it to Virutec computer repair, the owner was really nice. Jason Stewart, the owner sat down with me in his home office, which is beautiful by the way, I felt very safe. Anyways he sat down with me and pulled out a yellow thing with a dial on it. I think it was some kind of meter device. Said my charger was bad. Ordered a new one for me and also replaced the battery. 2 days later and $68 I was good to go. I really think these other guys are just after your money. Jason could have easily charged me $300 or more and I would of paid it because it was less than the other guys. But he didnt, $68 was all it took to fix my Dell. After that I immediately took him my home computer, recommended him to all my friends and family, and handed out some business cards at church. Jason thank you for not taking advantage of this old lady and I hope I can send you some business. -Happy Old Lady :)

I would like to start off by saying how pleased I was to work with Jason in getting my MacBook repaired. Jason was quick, honest, efficient, and the best price I could find. I also purchased a Kodi Media Box from him and was very pleased at how easy it was to use after Jason took about an hour teaching me how to use it. After I brought it home I just plugged it into my TV and It was good to go, I was watching Game of Thrones in minutes. My only complaint is from google maps and google itself, when I put in Virutecs address it kept taking me to 242 SW Duval and not SE Duval St. It did take me an extra 15 minutes to find the correct address. Second I shouldnt have to create a Gmail Account to leave a feedback. For those reasons I am leaving a 4 3/4 Star Review. Jason you should call google maps and have them straighten it out. Thank you for your service to our great country, and thank you for helping me out with my computer repair.

I contacted Jason with an issue with my 2011 MacBook Pro. I told him that my hard drive was not finding my operating system and it needed a replacement and a new OSX installed. He stayed in contact with me after the replacement and he went above and beyond great lengths to find out that my issue wasnt the hard drive and he tried everything he could to finally turn out the result that m y logic board was shot. He did some research and found out there was a recall on my specific MacBook and asked me if I wanted him to fix it or call apple to see if they could do anything. I did not feel forced in making the decision and if I ever have another computer issue I would most certainly go to him again and recommend him to my friends and family. All in all I was satisfied by the way I was treated and would recommend anyone to Virutec.

I am a network engineer whos extremely expensive gaming PC got "fried" in a lightening storm. I troubleshot the computer for a week and could not localize the issue(s). Jason took on the job and called me before I got home from dropping the device off at his shop. Not only did he find the effected parts, but he had the replacement and up-grade parts installed in two days. As I said, mine is a sophisticated "gaming" computer with duel solid state drives in a RAID1 configuration with SLI and very "high end" hardware elements. So, The BIOS was scrambled from the hardware failures, and Jason went into it with the skill and depth of a professional. I rarely give 5-star ratings to anyone in this business, but Jason is the real deal. I highly recommend him for computer repair issues. John P Palm City, FL

I personally met Jason through an aquaintance, Mark, Jason was the absolute nicest man I have ever met. He diagnosed my computer over the phone and didnt even charge me a dime. I really should of left a review earlier but didnt want to sign up for a google account until i saw Port St Lucie Computer Repair try and bash a disabled vet. My son is a Marine and I know the struggles they face coming home. Why anybody would do this is beyond me. I love Jason and proudly welcome into my family and proudly have his company work on all of our 6 computers. I am so sorry Jason that some people are just ignorant. shame. shame shame. In todays world it is hard to find a company who truly cares about the people. Virutec is the diamond in the rough. The service that I received was top notch. The level of professionalism and excellence truly made the difference. I felt listened to and cared for. My equipment was handled with care and repaired in a timely manner. I 100% recommend Virutec for all your computer needs. I came unsure if I could trust this company, but I left a committed customer. That alone was worth ever dollar I spent. What makes this even better was that I was offered an incredible price! Very affordable for the level of work I received. If you have any issues with your computer go to this company. First off I have been spending hundreds of dollars into google adwords for almost a year, I called Jason at Virutec and asked him for help. Within minutes he explained what I was doing wrong, which was pretty much everything. I sat down with him for a few hours as he walked me through everything and explained in great detail while he walked me through everything. I was expecting a huge bill by the time we were threw. Needless to say that I paid him a very small portion of what I was wasting every month. I gave a nice tip. Very impressed. Jason is my new adwords manager for sure. Thank you so so much Jason. I have already received a call from the upgraded adwords account. Awesome!!
