Not Even a one star they deserve. I dont know how they are in the business? No customer Care Department. Also, I asked to return for unwanted product. They just denied very rudely. I need to complain google as well because they said go talk to google to solve your issue. They are Google trusted store thats why I bought a product but now I am fighting for my own rights. This is so distinguishing. Do me a favor save your money dont buy anything from this company.

Ordered from website on the 20th of August. Order was not shipped by the 31st. When I called they were impolite and nasty. They told me that I have to send them a copy of my ID and the credit card I used to order the items or they would cancel the order. When I asked them why they waited to tell me this for 11 days. They said "do you want the order or not" NOT !!! Some one else has these same items for almost identical price.

Three strikes and youre out is what comes to mind with Flytec. Ive tried to order parts from them three times. One time it was back ordered (fool me once saying the parts were available ), the next time credit terms were supposedly declined, and this last time (shame on me this time for believing the part was available) they didnt have the item in stock. Im taking my business elsewhere where somebody actually wants to take my money!

Items AF5U Ubiquiti Radios arrived as part of an overall installation, one of the units came with a cracked plastic case, which I didnt find out until later. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly, but were NOT courteous and generally found my contact as a great imposition. They ended up refusing my return and replace request. I would not buy from them again.

Flyetec has ver good prices and great customer service. Mr. Larry Miranda, is the best associate on the company, I have been working with him 2 years now, he is very professional and helpful to customers and as result of this experience, I no longer buy to any other provider only Flyetec.
