Do not take your bike here for service. My son took his bike to get a flat tire fixed. The next day his tire popped when he jumped up a curb to avoid a car. When he took the tire back, Seth said that it was a pinch flat. He explained that a pinch flat happens when there is not enough pressure in the tire. I called him to ask if he would take responsibility because they were the ones that filled the tire. He then told me that the flat was due to aggressive riding. This bike is designed for stunts and my son merely jumped a curb. This is far from aggressive. By the way, the bike was ridden for over a year before the flat. He is not an "Aggressive rider". He may jump a curb once in a while but that should be expected.

Extremely friendly and professional bike shop. Theres a few people that work there, all of which are really helpful, but most of my experience has come from Brandon. Hes an experienced cyclist and knows his gear. Nothing at this shop is overpriced or low quality from what I can tell. Great business!

Bike shop for people who want someone who knows about bikes and cycling, not just selling you whatever cheap beach cruiser they happen to get (Although they can do that if thats what your into) Friendly Knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

Great and friendly service. I prefer a smaller bike shops that really take the time to work with you, and this is it! Only drawback is that since its a small shop, selection on accessories and shoes is very limited.

I took my Vilano Bike to their shop and they fixed it really fast. I was impressed and they were very professional. The price was about $12 less than the other bike shop that I took it to in town.
