I purchased my son a Haro bike about 2 years ago and had a great experience so we continued to have repair work done on other bikes at Ryder because we liked their service. Yesterday at 6:46 PM (close at 7PM) I drove in the parking lot with my truck and asked the employee if they could do a quick tire tube install on my sons bike so he could use it for school the next day, the employee said they had no time and if I wanted to leave it they would have it done in a couple days? Next day Off to Ringling on Manatee which is much closer to my home, done in less than 5 minutes while I waited. I guess I will be using Ringling from now on?

I drove down from Sun City Center (Im old) and Grady was laid back and amazingly helpful. I am looking to get a road bike (Giant Escape) and I really had a great many questions I needed answered. He spent the time with me and made me feel comfortable. I just moved to Florida 4 months ago from Lake Tahoe, CA. I brought my mountain bike out with me and have put 400+ miles on it riding around our community and I want to continue getting back in shape before the "snow birds" come back and the bike club fires back up for the season. So I am sure I will return to Ryder to get my new bike!

Went to buy my first "grownup" bike from this place and was treated with excellence. Tony helped me find the perfect bike for me as well as all of the accessories I needed for under my budget. He took his time and let me try several different bikes before settling on one, then made all the adjustments to it for a perfect fit. On top of that I got 10% off all the accessories I bought, and he even installed and set up my car rack for me. Having just moved into the area, Im sure this will be my LBS from here on out and highly recommend it to others.

They quoted me $18 to change an innertube and $92 to re-connect two brake lines!!! $120 dollars for a tube and a brake adjustment!!!! I got a tube from target for $5 and Googled the brake mfr and learned how to re-connect the brakes in 10 minutes with NO TOOLS. I understand they need to make a buck, but seriously???!!! Im in the market for a recumbent trike now...but I wont be back to this place. Heck, they might charge me $10 just to look!!!

Place is awesome. Hey Matt Olson, next time you wanna buy a tool and then trick staff into doing the work for you by asking them to show you how it works, place the tool vertically on the ground then sit and spin. Maybe if you paid the labor you were quoted for the repair instead of trying to find a way to be a cheap bastard, you wouldve been treated better. Bike shop etiquette sloot, learn it.

Told me they needed $85 just to look at my bike when all i needed was a tube replacement. Also theyre a bike repair shop that doesnt do repairs on sunday. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the attitude and some money and go to ringling bicycles. Changed my tube for $14 and did it in like 5 minites. Ryder told me it would take them all day. Theyre a joke.

Ryder Bikes is my home base when it comes to all things regarding my bike and trike. Free air for my tires, plus a whole lot more. Friendly service and support. I cycle seasonally with Special Olympics Florida. Ryder is THE place for bikes, trikes and the best service in Bradenton. These guys are far better than any other bike shop in town.

I spent three hours putting a roof rack on my car and then I still had a bike rack to put on the roof rack. I knew this would probably be a five hour job. I went to Ryder and they were so kind and helped me out with the bike rack. Great store, great people, Im glad I bought my bike from them because they go out of there way to help people.
