The co-owner Geoff needs to develop some customer service! I had to make three trips to this bike shop to actually get what I had wanted. I made a purchase but had to return because they gave me the wrong size in the wrong box. The co-owner did not once apologize for the inconvenience but rather just had a employee fetch another. I got home and started to inflate the tube and it busted 15 psi short of its limit. I called the store once again and talked to another employee. The employee told the co-owner, Geoff, what had happened. I heard Geoff making snide remarks in the back ground about ME making a mistake, and then tells the associate for me to bring the tube into the store and he will inflate it for me. I took the tires and went back to the store for the third trip so he can inflate them for me. I also show him the busted tube. He comes to the conclusion that HE could have been wrong and it may have been faulty. All in all, I am wanting to spend $800 on a bike around December. I will NOT consider buying my bike from this store because of the co-owners arrogant and unprofessional attitude towards me over a $6 tube.

Skip the dept stores, come see the experts. Walked in with my wife and 2 kids. I was immediately greeted by Jacob who was very eager to help. I informed him I just needed 2 tubes and a rim strip for my aging bicycle. The other man there gestured to my wife and kids and asked me if they were with me as he didnt want to ignore them. I told him they were and probably looking for a bike for my daughter since she outgrew her other bike. Jacob immediately jumped on the opportunity to show me some used bikes and explained to me how they were acquired through a trade in program. Well he just happened to have a metallic pink Garry Fisher bike with training wheels. He set it up for my daughter (shes 5) and let her ride it in the parking lot. My daughter loved it and we bought it on the spot. While Jacob cleaned up the bike I picked his brain about adult bikes for my wife and I, he is a wealth of information. He even installed a bell for my daughter. My next bike purchase will be here for sure. Great staff. Great bikes.

Looked around for twenty minutes or so, never even got a "hello." Didnt really have much in stock, for a trek dealer its slim pickens. Staff seem to ignore people, I wasnt the only person, another young lady, and gent. Both were looking around, it seems they said the same thing I did, and they were inside before I got there. The young lady said "maybe she needed to light her hair on fire to get someone to notice them" (the couple). Wasnt all bad, the shop is clean, low on inventory, its a nice store, shame the customer service is poor.

Hands down, the best shop around town. Geoff and Cory are a pleasure to do business with. My wife was a new rider at the time of purchase. Both of these guys were extremely helpful. There arent many people that one can come across on a business transaction that you could feel comfortable calling friends after the transaction is over. Whether your purchase is in the hundreds or thousands, there is not another bike shop more courtious and trustworthy than Suncoast Trailside. Thanks guys! Shiny side up.

This is by far the best bike shop in the Tampa Bay area! They go above and beyond to help their costumers, making us feel at home, regardless of what we need, whether it is just putting air on your tires or help you select the best cycling item to suit your needs. Just ordered and received my new Trek Dual sport bikes. I like a company that does what they say. They said they would get the bikes in and setup before the weekend and they got it done. My wife and I love our new Trek bikes and in the last few days put on close to 30 miles. Thank you Suncoast you have earned our business and more. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I highly recommend

Brought in my Trek 820 for a quick check out. Its almost a year old and wanted to get it checked out. I have been out of the mountain bike world for almost 20 years. They checked out the bike for free. I loved being able to go into a shop and not be treated bad if you didnt have a $1,000 + bike. Picked up a Camelbak bottle and will definitely be back..!!

Great shop & people - they know bicycling: road & off-road. I bought a used mountain bike from a private sale & had Geoff tune it up. He made some great suggestions and the bike is in top shape. They treated me like id bought it directly from them! We bought my sons 20" Trek bike a couple years ago and getting ready to trade it in for a new one.

Brought both of my sons BMX bikes in for repairs expecting to drop them off for a few days; instead the guys went right to work on them and fixed them both up right away. This is outstanding customer service that was completely unexpected especially when it was performed less than an hour to their closing time.

Needed to get a rear derailleur replaced on my bike. Stopped here and the team was able to install the new one while I went over to the Starbucks to grab a coffee. Small shop with repair services, bikes, accessories and bike clothing. They carry a large assortment of Electra bikes but perform work on any bike.

Ive been into this shop a couple of times and am always happy with the service. Today I walked in with my wifes bike - they dropped what they were doing, fixed her bike in just a few minutes, took it out for a quick test ride, answered some questions I had, and I was on my way. Good shop and good people...
