AWFUL!! I came to these guys to buy a long board for my 7 year old. We rode it for a half day of which I supervised because she could not paddle it. I could not ride it because I found it far too flexible. If the fins touched sand it would have been with her 50lb frame. After I came out of the water I discovered the fin boxes had broke loose from the board. I brought the back to shop that day and asked what could be done I waited about an hour to hear from the manager that there would be no concession on a trade in or repair. I broke the board and now it would be treated as a used trade in. I went down the street to a local place I had purchased a few boards from years ago. They pointed out the poor construction of the fin boxes and that this board had the wrong size fins in the slots. They said they could fix the board right, put the correct fins in it and resell it. So they offered me more $ for the trade than Aqua east and set me up with a nice single fin long board that could be surfed by me and my daughter. So it worked out okay but at the end of the day I was out $250.00 because of these guys. DO NOT buy a board form here.

Huge selection of boards, sandals, mens & womens apparel from all the popular surf-style brands. The staff is super attentive (almost too much so, but cant blame them). The only subtraction I have for rating is some of their prices for sale/aged inventory. Ive sold/bought these brands for years and am shocked to see some things that are last years style/product at full price or still more expensive than internet pricing from a year ago... But if you werent in the industry, you would never know!

No matter how nice any shop is, you are only as good as your people. I noticed a flustered cashier, a line of customers forming, malfunctioning equipment, and a manager and 2 other staff members doing other minor tasks rather than customer service with a backed up line. After a 15 min wait and 3 register changes...we left. This was only one transaction...the manager noticed but kept hanging swim suits on hangers...wasnt bothered at all.

Kids went to Stoked2Surf camp and had a blast! We are from out of town and Dennis worked us in- accommodating, great surf shop, Pro Surfer showed up the last day and what a great experience for the kids! We will be back for another week next summer.
