NO STARS!!!! I only put 1 star because it made me put something!!! Absolutely horrible!!! They will promise you the world and produce nothing!!! After hours, on their website, I ordered a Combat Maxum (-10) bat. As soon as they opened the next morning, I called and requested to change to a "-12" bat. They told me the order had not been processed and they guaranteed me that I would receive a -12 bat. Their website said the bat would be sent 2 day air. LIES!!! 10 days later I received a -10 bat. I immediately called and requested to correct the problem. Of course the guy I needed to talk to was not in. No call back. Call again, no call back. 3rd time I called, they sent me to Crystal, the "office manager". Crystal told me that they could not send me the -12 until I sent the -10 back. I eventually had to pay for the -12 bat and then send the -10 back and supposedly they would refund my money. I was guaranteed rush shipping on the -12 bat. It is now 8 days after I was guaranteed rush shipping and I cant even get a tracking number from them. Still no refund on the -10 either, even though the tracking number shows it was already delivered back to their store. Horrible company built on broken promises. It has now been 20 days since I ordered the bat originally and I still have nothing. Baseball season is almost over. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

I Was told orders processed with 24 hours and it was shipping 2 day priority mail. I ordered on June 23. I was concerned with shipping it home because we arent there much so I called to double check shipping and order placement again I was told 2 days shipping and 24 hour order confirmation. I made the shipping address my work address to ensure I got it and in a timely fashion (Wed June 29th). Just got the order confirmation today June 30th and still no shipping info. Over a week to process an order that was suppose to be here on the 29. Now we are I to the holiday weekend and who knows when I will receive the bat. So much for using it this season. At this point the bat can be made of gold but the company I ordered it from had ruined any chance of future orders from me or the organization I involved with. Dont have guidelines of you cant follow them!!! Oh and btw I have called 4 times today to get shipping info and the phone number on there website is now disconnected...imagine that

Have ordered from here multiple times and this is the first and last time Ive had terrible customer service. Ordered (2) 1.8mm skins for my bats, received (1) 1.8 and (1) 0.5 skin. Sent 4 emails to sales, no response. After 3 weeks I call, Lady on the phone told me they were out but just got some more and she will send me out one right away...wait 2 weeks nothing. Finally disputed the order with PayPal and they open up a claim. SPS responds back telling me to return the incorrect product, I think perfect, finally get a response! Ask for return postage label and will ship back immediately, they then escalate the claim and want ME to pay for postage! Any customer would be outraged about this, so I contact PayPal and they obviously refund me the whole order. I do NOT usually like to bash or rate poorly a company online but this is just unacceptable. Treat customers how you would like to be treated. We are all consumers in the end and all this for only $10.99...

Update: Finally got someone who explained that the bat they had to drop ship would not be able to be shipped until April 20. I cancelled my order but am still waiting on it to be refunded. These folks may just be caught up in Demarini problems, but they need to communicate better wth customers. Ordered online because they had an estimated delivery date that met what I needed. On the delivery date some bat grip was delivered instead of the bat I ordered. I was told the bat was drop shipped from the vendor, but no one can give me any details on where it is. Customer service is lacking. Will not order from here again. May cancel my current order with my credit card company.

I used the companys Make an offer option and as it turns out you cant really Make an offer. The persons response in a nut shell is the price is price. I asked then why put it up for people to make an offer when everyone else is selling the product for the same price and the response was Im sorry for putting it on sale. Horrible way to treat someone however, if you didnt send me the Can you please review me? email I wouldnt have written this so hopefully you read this and improve your customer skills going forward.

Before confirming order, the seller assured item was in stock and would be shipped immediately after payment was made. I expressed the date I needed the item by and was assured this was no problem. The item wasnt in stock and had to be ordered from the vendor. It arrived days after the need by date. In an effort to appease me seller offered to send a complimentary shirt. Yet to receive the shirt as of this review.

I have had an awesome experience so far I called on Wednesday and dealt with Erika an ordered a bat. I asked if I would definitely receive it by Monday she said that she would get it out that night and I would receive it by Friday well I have received the bat as promised, and cant wait to use it. Erika was very professional and kept her word. So thank you Erika you are awesome.

Just left SPC Sports. Was going to buy a couple things, but asked about softballs that were priced at $2.95 each. I was going to buy 2 dozen balls and then Im told they priced them wrong an they were actually $5.95 a ball. Thats not my fault. You should honor your pricing an I an all my friends an family will never shop with them again. Bad business

I have ordered 2 fastpitch softball bats from SPC Sports. Both experiences were very good. The price was very competitive and the bats arrived in a timely manner. Also, the customer service has been very good. SPC Sports is one of the first sites i visit when ordering bats.
