I was a repeat customer at First Coast fitness. My second purchase was a used treadmill that when I got home that night it would shut off after 1-20 minutes of walking on it. Went back and forth with Dan on possible issues and finally decided to swap that treadmill out for a different one that he had. This treadmill works but after two uses the belt began to have lumps in it. When I took it off to inspect it I saw that there are rips along the whole bottom of the belt and the deck was gouged from said rips. I talked with Dan again and he refused a refund (two strikes already) but only offered to put the money I paid for the treadmill down on a new one which I am unable to afford. Buyer beware: if youre buying something not solid like weights or a bench, make him take it apart in front of you or use it for 30+ minutes in the store before you take it home.
