Terrible experience with them. Purchased several pieces of furniture with them and half were delivered broken by a miserable delivery guy that wanted nothing to do with helping. Really disappointed as my experience in the store when I bought everything was good. They left the broken furniture and "would get back to me" when they found a solution and now radio silence. Im glad others have left positive reviews however mine was unfortunately not good at all. After my initial review, their manager, Moses (?) was called and was angry and even dropped profanity over the phone while I was at work. Delivery guy called and said only delivery on Sundays and if that didnt work then Id have to deal with the broken furniture for awhile. Unbelievable. They said All Sales Final so I needed to accept that.

My first time here today and this place is awesome! Customer service: Great Products: Great Edit: Had a nice dining room table on layaway and decided to just finally pay it off. Took a while for them to deliver and when we got the product not only did it not come with its hardware to put it together but the table top itself came completely uncovered and damaged horribly. Really? You give me this?! They offered a $50 discount if we wanted to keep it. Uumm fluff that! I have insurance on the table, I dont want to make a claim on it getting fixed right away for a measly $50! Thankfully, they sent a newer table top, one with no huge gashes in it.

Jorge was great in helping me choose a couch! Unfortunately after owning the couch for 4 days and barely using it, I felt two support structures between the middle seats snap. You can still sit on the couch but it sinks in slightly. Its not the end of the world but I really was hoping to get more wear out of the couch before encountering any problems. Update: They replaced the couch for free without any additional delivery costs and were very accommodating. I appreciate their help. They did refuse a refund but I can understand why. The couch hasnt had an issue since then so Im keeping my fingers crossed it was a one time issue.

Customer service is awesome.....James was great at helping me find all the furniture I wanted and had it delivered the same day......I got the package deal whole house of furniture and cant be happier with everything I got for the price..... had a small hiccup with a part and they were super nice about making it right..... the delivery guy was very polite and nice and very quick at bringing everything in and asked where I wanted everything to go.....

As soon as I arrived at american freight I was greeted by a employee, Moe who helped me get what I came for fast. I was in the store for no more then 30 mins and got exactly what I came for a new mattress. And thats what I left with felling good about my fairly priced mattress and the excellent service Moe gave me. I highly recommend this furniture/mattress to anyone looking for great quality furniture at a reasonable price!

This company sucks. The furniture is nice but there are hidden fees. Then they advertise free delivery but you find its $50.00 delivery and then they promise same-day delivery by 5pm and then dont come toll 930 pm with no phone calls or anything and them they dont even set it up. I work k in the customer service industry andthis company and this has none. Ill never buy from them again.

We got the Simmons beautyrest topgun saddle couch set...over $1300... they didnt last 4 months before strings where popping up, recliner broke, console so loose it felt it was going to fall off. We take very good care of our stuff...but this set is so cheaply made!

Beware trick pricing, they claim to have twin mattresses for $49.00 but only sell them in pairs.This is written at the bottom of the come on page so if your looking for a inexpensive twin mattress, look elsewhere. The store was dirty, the sales person unhelpful.

I bought a sofa and loveseat in what I thought was a good quality of leather, they dont advertise that all their leather like products are thin plastic. Bought warranty plan that covers spill, but not the peeling fabric. Spent good money over 1500.00
