Although these people have a massive selection of comics and records, I will not tread foot in this place ever again. The prices that they want for their comics are not only based off the overly priced values in Overstreet (as another reviewer wrote), but are also set off what the owner sees the item sold for on Ebay. Dont expect much while selling or trading either, as they give you practically nothing for the items that you have. You can find a much better deal somewhere else. To accompany the really crappy pricing, the owner himself has a really crappy attitude. While I was browsing for comics, I saw him talking down to his employee about the job they were doing. He then took the employee into the record room (slightly separate of the back room with the comics in it), and I heard him yell at them through the vent on the top of the wall dividing the 2 rooms. Long story short, DO NOT go to this place. DO NOT give this person your business. A terrible owner who prices things terribly, and has no respect for his employees.

I visited here on Christmas Eve all the way from Kissimmee. It was definitely worth the hour and a half drive. I admit I was amazed by the quality and quantity of inventory. There was plenty of main title books like Spider man, X-men and even titles you wouldnt find in other stores. Hands down there is more inventory here then in my local comic book stores. I recommend you bring your list of back issue comics you are looking for along with making the time to view the inventory. The Owner was very friendly, knowledgeable and made you feel happy and comfortable being there. The prices are amazing and based on my visit I would consider becoming a customer via website. Thanks for the wonderful shopping experience.

I highly recommend Missouri Comics to all comic book collectors. The owner, Josh, is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They have a great selection of comics from the Golden Age to the present at great prices. Missouri Comics is my #1, go-to place for back-issue comics...fast, secure shipping and great communication. Lots to choose from but honestly not worth the time. Anything you would want as a collector is gonna be overpriced times 10(going off of the Overstreet book). Treated like I was lucky to be able to walk in and was more or less laughed at when I told them I couldnt do their ridiculous prices. Its guys like this that give comic book guys a bad reputation and it makes me appreciate the guys I buy from weekly even more. Wouldnt go here again.

I have been to Missouri Comics twice in the last 2 weeks, and been thoroughly pleased each time with what I have found and the prices. The comic book/back issues stock in the warehouse will truly blow your mind, and the owner, Josh, is welcoming and happy to give you a lay of the land and help you navigate the endless boxes. Without question, a place that you should check out if you are a fan of comic books. I will be back.

Really great selection of vintage comics and records, exactly like it says on the tin. Good place to buy, not so much to sell or trade. Dont expect any kind of fair trade value for items. Youll get offered nothing, then see your trade marked up 10 times a week later.
