Terrible experience with this company, I ordered and cancelled a book, contacted them NINE times about it, customer service was unhelpful and once even hung up, was told I would be contacted (by phone) three times and then once the return policy was much overdue they EMAILED me. now I have to sell an unopened book and try to make my money back. never using this store again

Come from London, Ontario, to shop here 2 or 3 times a year to buy books by authors I enjoy but which Indigo in Canada no longer carries. Staff always helpful, courteous and polite, and each and every time when they realize I am from Canada they thank me profusely. Feels good to feel appreciated!

There is nothing like going into a bookstore. My favorite store to wander around in. I never leave without buying a book or two. Plus there are items as well. A good place for stationary and anything else a reader may enjoy Awesome sales and selection. A very knowledgeable staff.

Lots of books. A little pricy. Has a coffee shop that serves Starbucks. You can get books, drink coffee and read all day here. Not overly busy. Clean, staff is usually friendly.
